This is the second time we have come to a ballgame in Cherokee and got to the drive thru by 9:45. Sat in line for over 20 minutes and people start driving off. The employees waited until closing time and wouldn’t take any orders . My husband said “excuse me. Can u take our order. We were here before 10.” They then turned the light on the menu board off. We pulled to the window and they had all went and hid. I said “did they not do that to us the last time we were over here”.Very very poor customer service!! It would be better to tell people you are now closing at 9:45 and not to sit in line for over 20 minutes.

Last time I ate at ARBY'S was in Columbia, SC prior to 2014.The Beef & Cheddar was a standard 3 or 4 times a week.Today my options seem unlimited.You have got to try the ARBY'S in Cherokee, NC.OMG!
