The only negative thing I would say about this place is that they obviously mop the floor with old mop water because when you walk in the whole place smells like soured mop water. Having had a cleaning business for 17 years I can tell you the smell right off the bath as soon as I walked through the door. I mentioned it to the cashier and they said another person had said something like that. I don't think that they will be fixing it today though.

I very seldom eat at McDonald's, but I was wanting some fries and chicken nuggets for dinner. I usually know what to expect. They are generally good, however, they must've changed something because they were absolutely delicious today! Even better than usual. The breading on the nuggets was surprisingly crispy, almost flaky. Very good! The fries were nice and crisp as well. Best meal I've gotten from a McDonald's.

We ordered through phone orders and picked them up at the drive-through. We did not get the Sprite we ordered, but we were already on the road when we discovered one missing drinks and don't have time to turn around. I have to share my soda since we were short of drinks. Very disappointed.

The staff was so kind. We were on vacation and didn't want to eat in front of our Australian shepherd Duke so we asked for just patties for him. The first time they made a mistake and put onions in it so I took it back and the cashier was so kind to go back and make it herself. Nothing meant towards the cooks. The staff was very friendly. It's in Cherokee north Carolina
Ordered a spicy sandwich, did not get a spicy sandwich. Fries needed a little more salt 😂 Other than that the food was what you would expect.

We pulled up to order about 9:50 this morning and could barely hear the girl through the box. My husband told her he barely hear her and she got an attitude. He gave her our code and she said nothing. He asked did she get it and she screamed “what you need?!”. He told her we would just go somewhere else and she said “bye”. My husband was never rude until she screamed at him. He went in to talk to a manager and they all claimed there was not one there. The customer service here is the worst. We visit this area several times throughout the year and we always stop at this mc.Donald’s, but never again.
