I was 5 minutes late getting my order and it took an additional 5 minutes when I got there for it to be ready. Just saying. I am on the clock so every minute counts on my break.

Ordered a meat lovers and a supreme. First off I don't like paying for something before I know how long it will take. Ordered then paid , told after I paid it would be 30 minutes. Order was placed at the counter. Got the pizza home and the supreme pizza got everyone that ate it sick. Pizza didn't even taste like pizza hut. It sucked. Will never go back again! If I'd have known it would be that long I could have went to Arby's.

I asked for white sauce (tomato sauce is rough on me) and they made the best pizza for me! Very nice staff and the price was cheaper than going to fast food!

We are here at least once a month and it seems like no one is ever organized. Tonight was the worst. Someone was missing their pepperoni pizza over an hour and their door dash was mad. So where did our pepperoni pizzas go? And then a READY order turned into what is now a 40 minute wait. How long does it take to make a Pepperoni pizza? THERE'S 1 CAR in this parking lot other than me and they just pulled up. 2 cars have left since I parked. Like I said, we're here a lot..... it's never this bad. 4 wet kids waiting now over 45 in my car.... for pizza that will be average pizza hut pizza and service that makes me wonder if the owner cares at all.

This restaurant needs some help. There is generally one person working the FOH included register, dining and takeout. I generally feel bad for those poor women it is a travesty. The kitchen staff seems to be unwilling to help out, not from them being overworked cause they are not churning out meals quickly, but it seems pure laziness of business incompetence. The owner of this place needs to shut down and fire all of its BOH staff and not reopen until they can get a good staff hired and can actually handle business. This is multiple times I have seen it first hand after having to wait for my online takeout order for 30 minutes to an hour after it was supposed to be ready.

Our hostess was great! The crew in the back got not only 1 personal pan wrong but both! So we had to wait for remake pizzas. Unfortunately my sister did not notice her meat on her meat lovers was not cooked!! My personal pan cheese only extra well done without sauce due to allergies was barely done. Glad our Pizza Hut at home has better kitchen help backing up the front counter!

The pizza and bread sticks were very good. The inside dining was fairly busy and our server Miss Destiny was really nice and was able to keep up while also answering the phone for call in orders. It was a little chilly inside but we had light jackets and sweatshirts to wear.
