My family and I decided to try What The Scoop and so glad we did! Found a spot that is open late and during all seasons too! They have a wide selection of ice cream flavors, colored cones, milkshakes, sundaes, and even sugarfree flavors! They also have monthly themes! This month of August is Hippie month, in September they are having Harry Potter themed snacks! Very cool location, great family owners, & delicious snacks! Highly recommend and we will be back!

We are here vacationing and enjoyed stopping by this shop! They offered me a reduced sugar option (vanilla pecan) which was so delicious! They have many speciality shakes and other ice cream specials with a variety of flavors. The owner was very welcoming, we will definitely be back before our stay in NC is over, highly recommend! Also, next time we will be bringing our dogs along for pup cups!??

UNRIVALED customer service, AMAZING milkshakes. I wish I could leave a higher review. If you like coffee, definitely try the Java Shake. Our only complaint is that we don't live close enough to come here everyday.

Since everything looked and sounded so good, we couldn’t make up our mind. The owner suggested the sampler in a waffle bowl and he was spot on! What a way to satisfy the ice cream craving and taste 6 different flavors. We definitely enjoyed it and will be back!
My family and I LOVE coming here for a special treat. We are local and have been to other shops in and around Bryson but I have to say, this is by far my number one choice. Seasonal flavors, kind owners, and open year round! I encourage everyone to come here. You won't be sorry!
