We had never been there before and the girl said she didn’t recommend any of the drinks and that their drinks are “not it”. The drive through took forever. They had multiple people working just on handing the drinks out but they all looked confused and were just standing there with like 8 drinks just sitting there. Weird. But decent drink.

Waiting 20 minutes in line only to be told they only have decaf coffee!😳 who wants decaf coffee from a coffee shop!? If they didn’t have regular coffee beans they should have put some sort of signs or notice so customers didn’t have to wait in line if they didn’t want to!!

Waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru with no acknowledgment before being asked if we’d already ordered at the window. When told to wait even longer at the window to place our order, we left and went to Starbucks instead. Disappointing experience on Saturday 10/11 around 11:30 a.m.

Went through with my friend to get her free coffee reward. Due to their system not being updated they stated she would have to wait “a while” for the reward to be active on their end. That is 100% a 7Brew issue, not a consumer issue. I am so disappointed in the service she received. Luckily, she chose to NOT pay for the coffee anyways HOW EVER, she should have never had to purchase anything in the first place. 7Brew needs to do better! That was truly a sorry experience. i’m not from the area, but now I know when I am 7Brew will never be an option again.

Found out new employees are forced to take a difficult test before they can get tips. Completely unfair to the nice lady I had. She provided excellent customer service yet she's not going to get any of what I'm tipping for her till she takes a tip? This is Completely unacceptable and I encourage people to report this to the NC labor board.

Incredibly slow service. I placed an order for one fizz. Seventeen minutes later I hadn't even moved 3 car lengths and was nowhere near the person to pay. I just left. There is no world in which 7Brew coffee is good enough to wait 20 or more minutes.

For the last few times we have come up to see our son in Boone we noticed that this drive through coffee shop is packed with cars. On Friday, we saw the line was short and jumped on the opportunity. Madison took our order and she was nice & in fact, the girl who handed us our coffee was also friendly and asked us what we were going to do the rest of the day. I did hop out of the car to take pics for this review & a short while later- I felt for my bracelet and it was gone. I hope they find it! I did leave them a message through their corporate office.
7Brew is always so great. Sometimes the drink is a little inconsistent, but the people are so so nice. Got the iced pumpkin roll and it was great. Would probably get half sweet next time, but seriously such a good flavor.

I went through tonight and a girl named allie with a lot of make up seemed to be not doing much. while the other girl working with blonde hair was running around doing everything. it was very busy and it seemed like if allie was to be putting in more effort the wait time would have went buy much faster.

The slowest 7B in the history of the world....fix it by adding more staff or you will lose customers to competitors...as well as your staff because this can't be good for them to be frustrated by lack of support.
