Food and service were absolutely amazing, our waiter was very attentive and good at this job despite me not knowing his name due to no name tag. Everything was great, bathrooms could use an update/remodel. Overall great visit

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s, and it was nothing short of a delightful surprise. While Applebee’s is often thought of as a casual neighborhood grill, my experience felt elevated—almost like a fine dining evening hidden in plain sight.From the moment I stepped inside, the warm glow of the restaurant’s ambient lighting created a cozy yet inviting atmosphere. The evening crowd gave it an energetic vibe without being overwhelming, striking that perfect balance between lively and relaxed. The music played softly in the background, setting a comfortable tone for the night.The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to offer excellent recommendations. Water glasses were refilled promptly, and plates were cleared with a fine-dining level of discretion. I highly recommend this location with amazing management.

Friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and fresh and very tasty. We were sharing bites as our dishes were so good. Had a frozen strawberry margarita which was a perfect blend. Had to take home leftovers because the portions were good sized. We had the 2/$25 and upgraded one plate. Boneless wings app has large pieces, cooked well and filled us up. For what we ordered the value was right. We'll be back!

Sunday lunch. 20 minute wait to get a table, OK. 15 minutes after being seated for our order to be taken. Place is packed, I can forgive. 60 minutes later and no food... ☹️☹️☹️ We weren't the only unhappy party walking out the door.

Went to applebees for lunch today. Used to love this location however today we couldn't even tell who worked there and who didn't no one was in proper uniform. Our server was wearing a safari looking hat looked very unprofessional and kept having us repeat ourselves. Didn't ask what we wanted as our sides for our meals. Wasn't personable at all. My chicken was over cooked husbands rice under done and the skillet it was on made it taste like licking an ash tray. And both of us got sick shortly after eating what we could of our meals. Hate to see this place go down hill this bad !

After a long day, wanted a nice steak with some mushrooms. Had a whole conversation with our server about said mushrooms. Then she asked if I wanted onions with that and I said no. When I get my order, I have a double order of onions no mushrooms in sight. Our server was so busy talking to us that she could barely get our order put in. Tried to talk to her about it and got nowhere. Spoke to the manager she was equally. Uninterested in making anything right. The drinks were so watered down. I really wish we had not ordered them. Don’t think I will be going back here anytime soon. To add insult to injury we were a party of two and they added 15% gratuity to our bill! Server definitely did not earn that.

I stopped at apple bees for the all you can eat shrimp, chicken and ribs only to find out they change it shrimp isn't available they said corporate change it even with the TV ad still showing it on

My dear friend and I went in today for our birthday dessert celebration. I ordered the mini cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and April ordered the pecan caramel blondie. Everything was amazing, but let me tell ya, that blondie was out of this world! If you haven't had it, you should make a point to try it.
