Went out of my way to stop by after a long day at work and was NOT disappointed!! My food was hot and so fresh! I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and they absolutely delivered! I even got extra bo bites! Staff was so attentive and friendly! I never leave reviews but this visit absolutely deserved one! Thank you for making my night better😇

Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes and none of the 3 employees even looked at me. So I left and went to the millers creek bojangles and got served immediately and got my food in like 2 minutes.

Do not like the AI in the drive-thru ordered diet Dr pepper but did not know it wasn't available until you get to the window also chicken sandwich was so cold the second chicken sandwich I ordered said it would take 10 minutes so I had to order something else just not good customer service

Very hard, dry biscuit. Had to take the sausage out and eat it solo. But, even the sausage tasted dry and old. Pretty disappointed as this was my first visit to this Bojangles.

My order was incorrect the past 2 times I went through the drive-thru. Extremely frustrating.
I had to be at work at 6am the other morning and wanted my favorite breakfast. Stopped at this bojangles and walked in the door to order. She immediately told me they weren't open yet. Supposed to open at 5am and it was 512am.. I asked when they would be open and she didn't know?! I'm not from here so I asked where else was open. Very disappointed. If yall were closed and it was 5:12 am then the door shouldve been locked.

The area was super clean, the food was perfectly cooked and the staff was extremely nice! They even gave us a free dessert! 100/10 would come again.

Idk where to begin. First off, whomever runs the show at Bojangles needs to exit because they have completely taken away every piece of culture of this food and the flavor that goes with it. Yuck. Now, granted...all the food sucks in this town. But this restaurant is especially it's own kind of disgusting. Every time I come it gets worse and worse. Every single solitary time I come here I never get what I ask for. And in the 4 years I've been in this God forsaken place I do mean, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Today I asked for dirty rice and coleslaw, I got fries and green beans. The fries should've been tossed. Not edible at all and the green beans tasted like they came straight out of a can. Cold. No flavor. The chicken...smh you think you're fooling somebody? This is some hot sauce soaked BANQUET frozen chicken. I'm not kidding you, this tasted like something from a hospital cafeteria. Service was horrible. Telling me there's a 5 minute wait for my 2 PC while but after 15 minutes, and several happy drive through customers that passed me later, I had to go inside and retrieve my very wrong order. I didn't check it when I was there. My mistake because you'd think I know better, but being in a hurry I thought I don't have time...how hard can it be? LOL JOKE IS ON ME. In closing Bojangles will never get another one of my hard earned dollars. Another restaurant down the tubes. 👎🏼 And Lenoir had the nerve to close POPEYES???!!! SMH. Y'all don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. The manager should be fired for hiring such incompetent people. And what's frustrating is I wish it was just this location. It's every location I've been to in North Carolina!!! I hope you close every restaurant. You shouldn't do people like this and you should be embarrassed that this is what youve become. Opening franchises in other states is just embarrassing! Trust me, this is no longer the brand people know and love and come home for.
