Im very happy with the customer service today. I didnt think anything about the hours being different because of new years. Did a moble order and when I got there i saw they was closing. I call and talk to a member she was very nice and she let me know where it was a small order she would push it through and bring me the order to my car. I'm very happy that they did this. Because this made my little girl day. Im blessed to see there is still good people and food place. Thank you so much.

Love me some chick fila but this one has to be the worst. It seems like they leave something out all the time. Food item, utensils, sauce, It’s always something, if not an item the cup has drink all over the outside. Chick-fil-A in Wilkes needs to get it together and just slow down a touch and check the dang order.

Ordered my usual breakfast this morning and I got a call that my chicken wasn't gonna be ready for a while. She gave me some options to complete my order. I was thankful they called me and very pleased with the outcome a quick In-N-Out with mobile orders.

When placing mobile orders, it isn’t beneficial, you can’t get around the drive thru once you get your food. The remodel proves to be not beneficial and much less efficient. Plus there is no urgency instilled within the work ethics of these workers. The inside dining area is always so cold in the winter, not to mention tables are designed to where you sit on top of each other. We literally had to keep our children’s coats and toboggans on while eating. Worst CFA I’ve visited.

Love how this CFA is open late, went this past weekend and it was open until 10. All the locations around me close around 8-9, so it was a nice surprise to see this location open late as I was driving through
