Every time we try and order takeout there is some issues. From no one answering the phone to seeing food sit on counter and having to walk and tell them you are outside waiting. Then the attitude when you mention it. Was told the customers inside come first. Done with this place.

After getting our tree from frosty's, we decided to stop and get some lunch. Unfortunately, everyone else who was returning home with a tree had the same idea! Staff were friendly and accommodating and found 2 tables for our group. Good food, good experience!

Never been here before and probably will not return. Waited awhile to be seated while there was someone just looking at me from the bar. I ordered the tarheel burger with fries. And the burger was pretty good but the fries weren't anything to brag about they looked burnt and tasted like grease. I was going to try their special pie they had and the late took awhile to go get it just to come back and tell me it's frozen after telling me they ran out of chocolate syrup. Definitely was not impressed being my first time there.

Stopped in for lunch and decided to sit at the bar. Restaurant had a Grade A 94 rating. Went into the men's room and it was horrid. Foul stench (not from a careless patron) and dirty and worn. Sink emptying into a filthy bucket.
Decided perhaps it was just an unexpected issue they would deal with ASAP and returned to the bar. The bartender was very sweet and offered to accommodate any way she could. Looked and there was not a single draft beer in service. She explained that there hadn't been any in over 5 months, but they had an estimate of $12k to repair the taps and lines plus another $8k for additional cooling needs and said owners were looking at more estimates. FIVE MONTHS! and still looking for estimates?!?!? 🤦 So asked for a Chardonnay. Bartender turned around to look, but could only offer a pinot grigio or maybe Sauvignon Blanc. 🤦 This was on a Friday, too. Poor planning.
The bartender was so sweet and apologetic. She went to lengths to recommend nearby options she said that had good food and beverage choices. I felt really sorry for employees trying their best while operating under such hardships. The menu looked like good selections at fair prices, but given the stench of dirty restroom, the worn appearance, and poor beer and wine options, I simply thanked her, wished her well and went to another place I frequently visit.
I plan to give them some time to get repaired, cleaned and operating at a better level again then return just on the basis of how well their bartender tried to serve and on some of their past reviews and history.

After 45 minutes no one had spoken to us while we set at a table right in front of the bar and waitresses walked by his constantly. After not getting a drink for that long or being acknowledged we got up and went across the street to the Japanese restaurant and had an excellent meal with good service

Definitely needs some kind of management. Oof. I think 2 or 3 tables walked out while I waited. Food was okay, definitely prefrozen chain store appetizers never got a chance to order a meal as I was forgotten about. Lackluster at best. It's never been any different any other time I've tried to eat here, be it lunch or dinner.

Host was rude, had to ask for baby seat multiple times never got it had to go grab it myself, got wrong drinks had to ask for sauce multiple times got the wrong ones never got a to go box took forever to get the bill, wasn’t even busy is the funny part. Do not recommend

Don’t get the chicken egg rolls. There is no chicken!!!! False advertisement!!!! And it was burnt!!! Just corn and black beans!!!
