We stepped on their mopped floors 40 minutes before closing. No atmosphere. Bland sandwiches.

Ordered two subs online on a trip and picked them up. The subs were good but they cut only the top of the bread and part of the filling on both subs leaving the bottom bread in one piece. We were eating while driving with the sub wrapped in its paper and didn’t know it was cut like this. Husband’s sub ended up falling apart all over him while driving because of the careless way the sub was cut. Mine ended up being a huge mess too, losing much of the filling. We had to pull off the road and clean up :(
Great subs, had to wait for tea to be brewed.

Bad attitude and sloppy when making the sandwiches, tossing lettuce everywhere and bread, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time of my order. This is Subway behavior, and not what I would expect from Jersey Mike’s. Sandwich was delicious, but because of the associates attitude we will not be returning.

The bread was not fresh at all couldn’t eat it. Was very hard. Lettuce had brown pieces tomato’s was nasty paid 20$ for a large sandwich only. Sucks when pay that much for 1sub can’t eat it.

Worst Jersey Mikes in America!! Terrible service ( if they acknowledge you at all) brown nasty lettuce, rotten tomatoes, nasty inside! We have walked out the last 4 times without placing an order because no one came to take our order or the toppings looked so bad we didn’t want to risk it especially with the cost of the sub.

Every time I go here they have the worst attitudes no matter how nice I am. One of them doesn’t even wear her hair back hardly. Even if it’s dead they are still very rude and throw stuff.
