While traveling from Charlotte to my vacation mountain house in west jefferson, I stopped in today and used the kfc app to place a pickup order. My 8 piece bucket meal was ready within 5 to 6 minutes. The restaurant was immaculately clean when I entered and the staff was amazing. The staff greeted me when I entered and were so friendly with beautiful smiles. One staff double checked my order before giving it to me and thanked me and said she hoped I enjoyed it! Coming from Charlotte nc, you never get service like this. I hope the staff receive some recognition for their excellent customer service

Stopped by to pick up dinner this afternoon. Absolutely gorgeous place and such a great staff. I was a bit confused with the menu but the girl behind the counter guided me and got me the best deal for my money. Unlike the KFC in Boone, which is terrible and dirty, this place is well run and clean. The manager should be proud of all her hard work.
