Terrible service from the time we went in. The young lady had no desire to get off her phone and seat us. Waitress wasn’t much better. Waited 30 minutes for food and our waitress spent more time at the soda dispenser on her phone than helping any tables. Majority of the staff seemed more concerned about what was going on with their phones than they were about the patrons.

Sushi was terrible so we sent it back and tried to order a regular plate and was told the kitchen was closed for the night before it was even closing time. Not only did my husband not get a meal but they forgot half of our friend’s meal as well that was ordered and told us the kitchen was closed so they couldn’t make it. Service was terrible.

Walked in at 8:35pm wanting some food to go. Was told no more food. Your hours say open until 9pm. Thankfully Boone and West Jefferson have Japanese restaurants that follow advertised hours
Just had lunch as I drove through the area. Food was fantastic, chopsticks on request, very satisfying portion, clean uh like the main area where you eat, dining area and bathroom also clean. Big recommend.

Don't know how many times you keep going back with a hope of change. Everytimethe food comes out and the rice is cold. I just sent it back and it comes out on fire from microwave. Food was in same condition when I sent it back. Food prices I know are soaring but quality and standards shouldn't falter.
