A young man named Christian helped me out with my order the other night and his customer service was outstanding. This locations service is always great, when I comes during the afternoon a young woman by the name of Thania is always so helpful and full of personality.

They need help. Waited 32 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo today at lunch ordered on the app. Came inside & other customers were angry who had also been waiting over 20 minutes. I have gave them several chances, didn’t even apologize for the wait today and the past two times before today, my meal was completely cold even after a long wait. Will NOT be back.

On November 21, 2025 they allowed 2 dogs in the restaurant dinning in, neither one were service dogs. Dog lunged to try to bite as we were walking by and growled at lady sitting next to them. That is not service dog behaviors! It is totally disgusting that they will allow 2 non service dogs in the restaurant while people are eating. And people trying to pass their emotional support dogs as service dogs are pathetic!

Every single time.i order here in the past 6 months atleast and get the McDouble meal they dont put the onions on my burger, so o started asking for extra onions and they still dont pit onions on my burger. What the heck McDonald's?? Yall run out of onions this past year?

After receiving a pleasant greeting at the drive up speaker, the order taker interrupted me to talk to someone else about a Big Mac. Then she abruptly came back and answered a question i had. I gave her my code and told her what i wanted, but she had to ask again, because she didn't remember the item that I just asked about, and then ordered. ###

Revising my review, as I had occasion to go through the ordering process at a different store and found that, apparently, when you redeem a Monopoly prize, you cannot pay in the app for the balance of your order. So, this is a McDonald's problem and not the fault of the cashier at the store.
I will also gratuitously add a star back.

Don't expect the lobby to be open, or your food to be right, or to even get your food! Placed a mobile order at 10:24 for breakfast, got there at 10:30 to a forever long drive-thru line. Tried to just go inside but the door was locked and the workers who kept looking at me refused to let me in. Had to get back in the drive-thru line that hadn't moved but had gotten longer. Finally get to the speaker at 10:47 to be told they were completely out of breakfast and the time I had ordered did not matter. Why would you not make the food when it's ordered?? Obviously a breakfast order has come in and you stop serving breakfast soon, make the breakfast order!! It's so tough trying to rely on other people or to actually expect something out of someone.

If I could leave no stars I would. Went through the drive thru made my order wanted it all large. Paid for it at 1st window. Went to second window was handed drink was small as I was telling the lady I ordered a large she was telling me to pull forward as if didn't care. Pulled up as asked. Not sure if it was the night manager on duty that brought out the first order that was wrong, but I asked if it was large because the order was already wrong she didn't care said it would cost more, so I said I will just go through the drive thru again well ordered again asked for a receipt to neither order did I receive a receipt, I even asked for one at the window and nothing. Each time same lady (2 diff orders) that brought the order did not even offer to fix or solve the problem. Bring it home and my better half is eating the burger well guess what the burger patties are still pink in the middle. And the burger I ordered which Yes there is pictures. It wasn't busy it was steady so all in all the issues should had been fixed and not treated the way they were. I've worked the restaurant field for many years and that's not the way to handle things. Needless to say at that location some changes should be made. In reality wish it could give negative stars for this location.
