I ordered the gravy biscuit meal and was extremely disappointed. I have a photo I wanted to post but there is no option. This is unacceptable for the price I paid.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Employees arguing, cussing, yelling, walking over each other, no teamwork, terrible environment. Zero cars in drive through, waited at order screen for 5 min after saying my order to the stupid automated computer that asks for your order, so I pull up to first window to see the issue, lady is mad I’m up there takes my order but hates it, pay with $100 bill, gets eye roll ($30 order of food), wait another 5 min for a manager to approve the $100 bill, pull up to 2nd window, wait, gets moved to waiting parking, wait another 5 min, orders wrong missing food. Ask for my food and get attitude like it’s my problem. 1130 on a Sunday and Yall acting like fools. First time trying McDonald’s again after my taylorsville experience after a month and now I definitely won’t go back to this one either. Bad job guys, not being dramatic, true experience. Cold floppy fries. Waste of time and money.

Why oh why do you wait in line to be moved out of line just because they don't have your order ready then when you get it, it's not hot!! Had a girl dude get mad because I wouldn't move up. There weren't any room to move to. All I ordered was french fries and shake! Come on guys!! 💪

Come back to McDonald's where the customer comes first. The food is fresh and the cheerful staff are looking forward to helping you get fed quickly and accurately. A big difference from the big city experience, I will be coming back at least every Sunday when I go to church

This is definitely the better mc Donald's of Wilkes, the other one is constantly messing up our orders, rude, or just something going on every time, definitely prefer to go to this mc Donald's!

Order anything special, sit in drive through for 20 minutes.
Horrible McDonald’s they should fire all managers especially shift leader Chad and replace them with a better trained managers if possible . Waited 25 minutes in the drive though still no food finally had to go in and get a refund. NO APOLOGIES PERIOD from him. This experience was ridiculous considering I eat at other McDonald’s with much higher volumes and food comes out quickly. We had to go to another restaurant and got our food out fast. Avoid this restaurant because they don’t care about customer service or satisfaction.

ordered a curbside order and had to wait for over 30 minutes even once i came inside to wait. people who were eating there were getting their stuff before me or others who had been waiting even longer. this is quite frankly the most ridiculous thing.

Hard to beat our McDonald's. They are usually on top of things. I read the reviews not to many flattering ones but cars are always wrapped around the building. They must be doing something right. I think they do a great job. I haven't had any problems with my orders.
