Nice venue, laid back, bigger than it looks from the outside, and good drinks, (some old favorites with a new twist). Staff was friendly, helpful with menu selections, and make a nice drink. It's a great place for a good craft cocktail after work. I had the "new fashion" and the "Mezcal Old Fashion" and they were both delicious.
Ginger Spice with goose was THE best drink!! Do yourself a favor & find time to enjoy this true gem - 10 out of 10 for people, place, & plenty of hospitality. Love Love Love their nooks, looks & porches. #meetmeatmerles for more of THE best!!!
Merle’s is a hidden gem in Wilkesboro. The atmosphere is cool and the drinks are delicious. Kyle is an excellent mixologist and prepared the drinks perfectly. I had three drinks: Out of Office, Not from around here and the Merle’s Brûlée. My brother in law had asked for a mojito and Kyle picked the mint from their garden. I recommend you try them all. Will definitely go back when we are back in the area.
