Whomever is the manager here should definitely take a step back and reevaluate. They lack the leadership, organizational, and communication skills needed to manage a store.I will NEVER come here again because I refuse to spend my dollars in a place that operates like a garbage truck. We stop here frequently for a drink and a snack. The food is just ok. The service is not very good. They always are unfriendly and seem stressed even when not busy. Drink cups are always dripping and sticky. Ice cream items are always nasty. Wipe the damn cup down! We have visited here for 10 plus years because choices are limited in our little town. The parking area is always nasty. Stuff spilled everywhere and not cleaned up. I'm sure the kitchen is disgusting also. Always loved these little relics of yesteryear. I only splurge on fastfood once a week, this is where I chose to do my splurging this week..and I love their ICE!
Unfortunately the same thing is happening at Sonic that most fast food places are suffering from. Lack of quality control. I understand it's a fast food joint but at least try to serve it warm and in decent shape. The cheese was old, hard, and didn't even show signs of melting. The lettuce was wilty and the fixings were tossed onto the burger from across the room, I suspect. Won't be my last time here but it might not be as frequent. The inside is pretty dissapointing. The temperature is pretty warm and there is a massive fly infestation. AC must not be working.
