We stopped for a very late dinner as we were not able to get our trailer through the cookout drive through ? I have very fond memories of sonic, but the food was terrible.
The burgers were awful, cheese was rubbery, the meat had little to no taste, the the sauces tasted alright but had a strange texture. We did not finish our food.
The drinks, in contrast were not bad. There are lots of options and I enjoyed the limeade. I wish i would’ve tried the shakes. I would recommend their drink selection.
Service was not bad especially for a fast food. The food came out quickly and correct. The location is taken care, clean and spacious.

Normally I have good experiences when I dine here or go through the drive-thru. But this time we had a little mishap that was handled very poorly. The young man who was working the drive-thru window also referred to himself as the manager and was not polite. He was rude in dealing with the situation as well.

Pulled up to the order station pushed the button no response Gentleman pulls up beside me and gets his order taken immediately. So, I push the button again and it shows (both times) that someone will be with me it gets turned off immediately again. I pull up the app for online order and move to a different location where the front of my vehicle can't be seen. The order was then brought out quickly. I give this information because I have pride items on my vehicle. When the lady brings my stuff she is nice until she notices my pride items and then proceeds to say God bless you. Such a homophobic response. I spent almost $50 at this location but you will never get another dime of my money. Do better Sonic Wilkesboro NC!

Enjoyed experience, even though they messed up our order… very courteous in correcting mistake and offered coupons for next visit. 4 Star instead of 5 bc all Sonic’s are overpriced for the quantity of food you receive.
I recently had a very disappointing encounter with Kim, the manager at Sonic. After receiving an incorrect order, I approached her to resolve the issue, only to be met with an unprofessional attitude and outright rudeness. Kim not only dismissed my concerns but also went as far as to call me a liar regarding the mistake in my order. Her behavior was unacceptable and lacked the basic level of respect and professionalism that one would expect from a manager in a customer service role. I left the interaction feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Sonic's management needs to address her behavior promptly and give her a lesson on customer service so that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve
