Never been to The Sweet Frog. It was Awesome. They had so many items to add to your ice cream. Would Highly Recommend it.

Been to this sweet frog a while back and was told they were going to put up new machines. went today and to my surprise they were up! Great to see more variety!

this is not the first time i’ve came here and they’ve been out of the main flavors like vanilla and only had the odd flavors and if you ask if there out they look at you like you have two heads. the last time i was there they where out of vanilla and most of the machines had clean codes on them and wouldn’t let you dispense any they had people leaning on the resister talking while we where trying to pay and they where just overall rude.

I am visiting my dad who lives in Wilkesboro. We have several locations of Sweet Frog near my home in Virginia. I was appalled by the condition of this store when I went in there tonight (6-21-25). It was disgusting! Ice cream was everywhere dripping down the machines and half of the machines didn’t even work. All of the toppings were all over the floor smashed and crushed. The floor was disgusting with smeared ice cream and toppings. It looked like it had not been cleaned all day. It takes five seconds to take a rag and wipe up around the toppings. The toppings also tasted like they’ve been sitting out there for about six days. I would be embarrassed to say I owned this location. I almost walked out. I only got a dabble of ice cream and half a scoop of my three favorite toppings because I had hopes (the ice cream didn’t even taste right either) sorry but someone needs to know I don’t know who to contact otherwise. We only scooted down there for a minute to get ice cream and I didn’t take my phone!

I love Sweet Frogs usually and accept it is a bit pricey, but thought I would take granddaughters and daughter for early Valentines Day. Nothing decent to get although I love their sorbet. Both pineapple and mango I think had no sweetness, said low fat as the Cookies and Cream, Strawberry, Gluten free all said “non dairy, low fat, one non gluten, Strawberry empty). . What the heck. No sprinkles the only topping one granddaughter wanted. The girl was a little odd about weighing w multiple cups on. My daughter thought so too. Never been over $22-24 for 4. It’s not even that. It wasn’t good, to horrible, not everyone goes there for those options. Tasted terrible. No sweetness and only one child ate her good naturedly, because her mom made her. They usually have a selection and we should have gone elsewhere. Hard to after you have haded a 6 and 7 year old their cups. Come on Sweet Frogs. For $32 which is usually $20 something which we felt she weighed wrong, you should have a selection (not all low fat, non dairy, or non gluten). We will never go back there. Cook Out Milkshakes so much better or Ben and Jerry much simpler at Food Lion. Country Market w 20 flavors of Hersheys was closed in Moravian Falls. Lackeys has Ben and Jerry’s. People expect more and expect more when we come into Sweet Frogs. It is supposed to be “a special treat.”

Over half the machines were out of order and the ones that were “working” were not freezing. All that came out was liquid. The lady on duty was on her phone and didn’t even look up when we walked in. We went to celebrate my granddaughter’s 4th birthday (today was a yes day for her). She did reboot the machines but it seemed like a chore to her. The ladies restroom had a foul odor and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

Got spoiled whip cream on mine. Made the whole thing taste like sour cream.
Attendant was just on her phone doing nothing.
Atmosphere is dead. Tv was off and no music playing. Hand washer thing was broken.
Do not order via Door Dash. The toppings are left off and you basically get a cup of yogurt.
