I love Sweet Frogs usually and accept it is a bit pricey, but thought I would take granddaughters and daughter for early Valentines Day. Nothing decent to get although I love their sorbet. Both pineapple and mango I think had no sweetness, said low fat as the Cookies and Cream, Strawberry, Gluten free all said “non dairy, low fat, one non gluten, Strawberry empty). . What the heck. No sprinkles the only topping one granddaughter wanted. The girl was a little odd about weighing w multiple cups on. My daughter thought so too. Never been over $22-24 for 4. It’s not even that. It wasn’t good, to horrible, not everyone goes there for those options. Tasted terrible. No sweetness and only one child ate her good naturedly, because her mom made her. They usually have a selection and we should have gone elsewhere. Hard to after you have haded a 6 and 7 year old their cups. Come on Sweet Frogs. For $32 which is usually $20 something which we felt she weighed wrong, you should have a selection (not all low fat, non dairy, or non gluten). We will never go back there. Cook Out Milkshakes so much better or Ben and Jerry much simpler at Food Lion. Country Market w 20 flavors of Hersheys was closed in Moravian Falls. Lackeys has Ben and Jerry’s. People expect more and expect more when we come into Sweet Frogs. It is supposed to be “a special treat.”

Over half the machines were out of order and the ones that were “working” were not freezing. All that came out was liquid. The lady on duty was on her phone and didn’t even look up when we walked in. We went to celebrate my granddaughter’s 4th birthday (today was a yes day for her).
She did reboot the machines but it seemed like a chore to her. The ladies restroom had a foul odor and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

Half the flavors were out of order, but only a few them were marked that way. My kid accidentally poured sherbet syrup in his cup.

Got spoiled whip cream on mine. Made the whole thing taste like sour cream.

Attendant was just on her phone doing nothing.

Atmosphere is dead. Tv was off and no music playing. Hand washer thing was broken.

At least the bathroom was clean!

Do not order via Door Dash. The toppings are left off and you basically get a cup of yogurt.

Dirty, most machines are broken, it didn't even taste right. We couldn't even eat it. So disappointing, and we won't be back here. The girl stayed in the back until it was time to pay.

I hope one day I can come back here and update this review because we really do love sweet frog but in the last year or so this place has really and sadly gone downhill. We stopped a few days ago and they only had three flavors available and when I tried to ask, the kid had AirPods in and wasn’t much for talking or answering questions. We came back the following day for no weigh Wednesday after trying to call the number listed many times before making the 20 minute drive and while they had a few more flavors, the place was dirty and the girl working did not care to serve customers and she also kept trying to charge us for one extra cup that we didn’t have even though we kept trying to explain to her we only had four bowls. We were told the first day, they didn’t get their shipment until that day so more was coming and then yesterday we were told all their machines are broken. I’m not overly sure how all but three of their machines are broken. This comes down to a management issue and not being prepared to run a successful business or staying on top of equipment. This was such a good a place and we all love coming here but sadly it’s really missing the mark and the customer service has gone downhill. I love that most places are hiring teens like sweet frog and giving them work experience but there’s also a huge level of customer service that they are not being taught or required to give and it’s disappointing that this is now becoming the future.

Almost all the machines are broken and no options available? Why even open?

5 of the 8 dispensers were out of order. Paper towel holder in bathroom broken. Hand wash station in the eating area did not work. The ice cream that we did get was good but they have to fix the issues. Getting to be like the ice cream machine at McDonald's.
