Was charged for a cup of ice cream before reaching the cashier. I cleaned up the mess and went to pay for my grandson's cup. This establishment normally charges by weight so there would be no way to know how much to charge. However, this day was "no weigh" Wednesday and a flat fee of $6 for a small. Gone downhill a lot over the years since opening. Appears to primarily be staffed by young teenagers who honestly just really don’t seem to care. Overall cleanliness in the restaurant isn’t the best.
[visited twice in the past 6 months] Not all Sweet Frogs are created equally! Everytime we’ve been here, which is during the early evening hours, most of their machines are up-&-running!It is also cheap! Most locations’ waffle cones are $5, here, it’s $3! They have specials like free toppings on Tuesdays & special cup prices on Wednesdays: something like $5 for all you can fill up in a small cup, $7 for a medium cup, etc.
