I ordered 3 Dave Classics. 1 was added bacon. The 2nd was no lettuce or onions, add bacon. The 3rd was no cheese, no lettuce or onions, add bacon. The first sandwich was correct. The second one didn't have bacon, and the third one was a burger and bun. Nothing else on it. I was already at my destination, 30 minutes away when I discovered the mistakes. I didn't even get a receipt to prove anything.

The kiosk should not be open when there is a line to take orders from Wendy's staff, especially when the employee continues to stop taking orders to help pack meals that are being taken at the kiosk behind the line that is waiting and has been waiting in line, because the 1st kiosk guides you to the order at the front counter. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!
