We were stopping through town on our way up to Boone and found this place. Everyone was beyond kind and made sure to keep us satisfied and engaged in conversation throughout the meal. The food was beyond spectacular, you could really taste the love. It’s run by a family and you can tell how passionate and kind they are. On our way out the owner gave us a cookie and thanked us for stopping by. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area or even not in the area. It is worth the drive.

Went on my youngest son's birthday, they were beyond amazing, accommodating, and interacted wonderfully and patiently with both of my kids! Enjoyed the food as much as the staff and owner! Definitely plan to come back as soon as possible!

Me and my wife had a fantastic meal half a rack of ribs, barbecue chicken, smoked chicken and barbecue. It was so tender that I could use a plastic spoon to cut through it. The flavor was good the sauce that they brought us. It was great. I even put that in my greens which the greens were good. Just added a little flavor.

Food was pretty excellent when it comes to the smoked meats! I had ribs and the hubs has the smoked chicken. It was very very tender, flavorful and juicy! We will be back soon to try the brisket. The owners were very friendly and checked on us frequently!

I cannot say enough positive comments about this amazing restaurant! The food is very delicious and reasonably priced, the facility is neat and clean, and the owner, Ms Sylvia is PRECIOUS! I’m so glad we decided to give it a try-do not let the humble appearance fool you, this establishment is top notch! We tried to sample as much as we could in one visit, but we will be back!! NOTE:BRISKET IS SERVED ON ROTATING WEEKENDS.

They have the best bbq i ate in my life and definitely the best in Wilkes County hands down. If you want the best bbq anything then go here and enjoy the best food you van get out of wilkes. I had the bbq, baby back ribs, Mac and cheese, banana pudding, and more food and i enjoyed every bite to the very end. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Great job on the food, can really tell the chef/owner really cares about his food and it shows in every bite!!!!
