Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I go to this zaxbys there is always an issue. Couple of weeks ago, they couldn’t take cash card only. Then I go again with cash again and the kid at the front counter thought are everyday 100.00 was fake. This time I go they can’t take card it was cash only, I can’t predict what service they are providing that day.

Very slow service in the drive through.
Top of the $$ scale for prices on fast food chicken sandwiches.
Had to ask for ketchup, napkins, spoons.
Fried chicken sandwich was no flavor except mega-salt.
Fries were equally salty.
Shakes but no spoons.
Won't go back.

First and foremost probably the most terribly flavored chicken sandwich in the market. Literally just taste like salt and that is it. Asked for a spicy, had ZERO price. The texture had little to no crunch, and the chicken patty itself was not very big compared to every other fast food chain. The service was subpar and slow. It's also on the expensive side of fast food There's an obvious reason why this chain is not nationwide and after trying it for the first time I would never have it again. Corporate, reach out if you want me to save your brand, because as I see it, you shouldn't be in business with such awful food and terrible service.

Food was delicious as always but it was cold, put in an online order and waited for curbside pickup only for them to bring out the complete wrong order. had to go in, not a big deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless

Had to wait 30+ minutes to get my food while drive through was consistently prioritized over my order. Had already waited 15 minutes in line to order. Total wait time for food was 45 minutes plus..

My grandson and myself stopped here to eat after leaving Merlefest.The restaurant is easily accessible from both North and Southbound US 421 with a stoplight at the entrance to the shopping center it is located in. We both ordered the Big Zax Snak Meal and it was ready for us before we filled our drink cups and got a table. The food was fresh and hot when we sat down to eat. Employees were all cheerful, courteous, and friendly. Only problem was the drink dispenser was out of Dr Pepper.

Stopped on the way to Boone for late lunch. Asked for the surf and turf. Let’s say the it was mostly eaten due to hunger but the only hot item in the box was the fries. Fingerz and shrimp were cold. Very disappointed as I like Zaxbys a lot. Hopefully next experience will be better.

Waited 25 min for two traditional wings and things, sweet tea and a peach Sprite got home. Both orders was wrong. Both drinks were wrong and couldn’t get Zaxby’s on the phone. I just think it’s ridiculous that you pay $30 for food have to wait 30 minutes for everything to be wrong and then still can’t get somebody on the phone

Completely unacceptable. Nothing was right. Everything we did get was cold and clearly old.

Why one star? My family stopped on the way home from vacation to eat dinner at this location. I had to change my baby’s diaper and when I went into the restroom there wasn’t a changing table which is really inconvenient when needing to change a poopy diaper. My older daughter came in while I was looking for a place to change the diaper so I helped her. As I was holding the door after she washed her hands an employee came out of the restroom stall and walked straight out without washing her hands. I made a comment about not washing her hands and how that was gross but she didn’t even stop. I then had to change the diaper on the bench at the table and as we were leaving I went to the register to let them know about the employee that didn’t wash her hands. The young man at the register didn’t seem to care and barely looked at me while I made my complaint and said he would tell his manager. As we walked out I could her him yell “Make sure you wash your hands when going to the bathroom” in a tone of voice that seemed like he didn’t care. We were there on 3/21/25 around 7pm. Not washing hands after going to the restroom is very unsanitary and just plain gross.

We used the mobile app to order food. PAID for extra sauce and did not get a single one. Food wasn't that great either. Seems like this happens alot.

Driving from Yakinville NC to Boone, NC tonight and Zaxby drive thru and inside were closed at 9:30 pm. 😤 This particular Zaxby has went down! False advertisement online about store hrs.
