Not Adams anymore its Life Point Church but went and got grapes and all they ask for is at least a 10 dollar donation. I gave more to support missions for church but good grapes. If you want grapes this is the last weekend they are doing it and vines are still hanging full. Go support this church for a good cause

Mine and my fiance's first wine tasting and it was a great experience. All of the wines were tasty. Great prices too. I highly recommend!

Very nice place! Four of us went with a Groupon. We got Wine tastings, candies and cheese, jam, and glasses. We enjoyed it a lot. We also brought some wine home with us! Was a nice afternoon outing!

I really enjoyed this place! A friend of mine lives nearby and has visited frequently, so when we walked in she knew the drill. We sat at the counter and were given a small sheet of paper on which we checked 8 of the wines to try for a tasting. They have dry, semi-sweet and sweet options. You can also choose an adult slushy option at the end! You also get oyster crackers, to help cleanse the pallet. All for $5! I liked the dry wines the best, but I still enjoyed them all. I believe that most of the muscadine options are made on site! You can see the grape vines outside. All in all, I love wineries that make their own wine and allow you to do tastings, so I really enjoyed this experience. I would definitely go back!

Despite the hours posted on their Yelp listing, I drove out on Thursday afternoon to find that they are closed today

Love this place! The owner, Joyce, waited on us and she was super sweet. The wines were good and if you got the Groupon you got a free glass, cheese and chocolate and homemade jam! The wines were reasonably priced. Nice tasting room as well.

I got a deal on the tasting plus snacks offer and had a great time. Our hostess was very knowledgeable about all of the wines and most were delicious. The snack plates were small but adequate. The orange chocolate covered pretzels were the highlight. I bought two bottles and will go back for some of their frozen drink kits, soon. You can also pick grapes when in season and it looked like it was pretty popular.

Wine was fine. Lot of sweet and muscadine, nothing I was floored by. Very "mom and pop", and a nice way to spend and afternoon if you're out on 42. Desperately needed some music, it was dead quiet, and patrons were pretty much whispering. It felt like a library, not a winery. Also, open wifi would be nice, since there was limited cell reception.

We really enjoyed our stop at Adams. We had our toddler with us and the woman gave her a cookie and coloring book. The wines were very good, not your typical sweet muscadine varieties. We will definitely be back.

A nice place to go for wine tasting and chocolates, all homemade! The wine is fabulous and the staff and owner are most friendly and inviting. I purchase wine there on a regular basis!

Some girlfriends and I had a Groupon and really enjoyed our visit! Like many things in the outskirts of Raleigh this is a step back in time. This is an afternoon or evening activity not a quick 30 minute stop. Be prepared to enjoy the atmosphere, the stories, the homemade chocolates and jams. The wine is sweet because it's Muscadine. That's not my preference, BUT I still enjoyed the experience. You'll see 5 stars and 1 star. People have different expectations. Also they've since hired one or two more people to help with busy times.

Interesting hidden gem just outside of Raleigh. Go visit Joyce who is very friendly and eager to show you their wide variety from bitter sweet to hot warm cider. They also have a an amazing assortment of spicy and sweet jams. Before you go check out Groupon to see if they have any great deals. Cindy is everybody's best friend. Ha ha the wine Cindy. Each wine has their own unique story. Something great to do if you are ever attending a CASL Soccer Tournament and want to break from the kids.
