BE WARY! This is a virtual restaurant that operates out of the Fox & Hound kitchen. Long wait times will happen because of that and the food will suffer as well. Would be better off ordering from Fox & Hound, this restaurant is a classic bait-and-switch to trick people into ordering there on delivery apps. Overpriced, inedible.

Ordered a grilled classic grilled cheese with tomato which was described as grilled parmesan sourdough bread with American and cheddar cheese and tomato what I receive was not grilled nor toasted white bread with dried out disgusting slices of I don't even know what kind of cheese it was just gross along with some extremely undercooked fries paid $20 for some white bread with couple disgusting slices of cheese put on it that must have been microwaved onto it

This was horrible, frozen food with no flavor. Driver complained he had to wait a long time for food. Then when we got it, it was terrible. I ordered a Nashville hot grilled cheese and specified it should be prepared HOT…. . There was no sauce on it at all. Then I tried to look up the number to let them know they had gotten the order wrong… no published phone number. This is a sad excuse for a business and it is bewildering that they are a franchise.

The worst grilled cheese. I squeezed the butter out of mine and still couldn't eat it. There was so much butter on them it made half of us sick in the house. Spent A LOT OF MONEY there and I should have saved the money and my health and go to McDonald's.

Ordered a lobster Mac n cheese. The sandwich was barely grilled, with NO lobster in it haha so yeah… maybe shut this place down until the staff is up to par. I just think of your product is literally the name of your restaurant, it should be decent. DQ has better grilled cheese.

believe all of the horrible reviews. EXTREMELY overpriced. they charge $16 for a “lobster” grilled cheese and put two pieces inside the sandwich. save your time & save your money!

Waited 45+ minutes for a sandwich and mac n cheese despite the restaurant being relatively empty. That wouldn't be so bad on its own, but I watched two other takeout orders be completed despite me waiting longer, and two other people just walked out without their order after waiting a bit.

Ordered 2 of the lobster Mac and Cheese grilled cheese and it did not have the Mac and cheese and the lobster was tough with 3 pieces. Ordered before and it was nothing like this one.

I ordered the double burger bacon grilled cheese and onion rings last night. It's hard to put into words just how awful all of it was. There wasn't a burger, there was some broken up cooked ground beef sprinkled on cheese melted on toast, not grilled, soggy bacon, precious little cheese. It was so greasy, dripping with grease, it fell into a mess when I tried to pick it up. The onions in the onion rings were mush. They used a grotesque amount of rock hard batter. I only took a few bites of the burger and couldn't go on eating it. Trying to eat the rings was not possible. I feared for my teeth. And to think, that wreck only cost $32.00. Awful and Unacceptable.

I had ordered a few times thru Doordash and the first 2 times, the orders were pretty good and there was a great amount of food in the orders. However, I ordered yesterday and the proportions had shrunk dramatically. The tater tots for sharing order side used to be huge. This last order, the container size was half the previous order sizes and the quantity of tater tots were also about half. At $9 an order, the large order size previously was appropriate. Now, it is totally not worth it. And the sandwiches used to be loaded with meat and cheeses and this last order, the sandwich was much smaller and the cheese was non-existent. They used Mac and Cheese almost exclusively instead of actual cheese. There was just a small amount of cheese and the rest of the cheese was just Mac and Cheese. It was really sad to see the disappointing reduced proportions when it cost so much for people to buy thru Doordash. The least they can do is ensure that people are getting some real value when it costs so much. I can see a point where people just stop using these delivery services and just go back to cooking the food themselves or figure out how to manage doing a pickup. If you look at the Doordash pricing, there is a service fee, a delivery fee and a tip. Add that all up, and it is not costing these restaurants anything more to use these delivery apps at all. Despite what a certain "pizza chain" would have you believe. The service, delivery and tip charges add up to about $20 more than if you just did pickup. I have also seen some restaurants also up-charge the costs of the food items as well.

I just had the lobster Mac and cheese sandwich which was very dry and tasteless!! You need to make a cheesy sauce to serve over it that is flavorful. This review is from Shirley Luttmer.

Ordered a sandwich with tomato and side of onion rings. The egg and chicken were burnt and the tomato and onion rings weren’t there. The other sandwich was completely wrong.

I have ordered from the Converse, Texas, location twice. Both times, the order was canceled by the restaurant due to lack of ingredients. The first was no bread; the second was no brisket. How does a sandwich place not have BREAD? Both orders we through door dash. In the second order, the dasher said she had to knock on the door and window because the doors weren't open. This is a management problem. I have given you 2 chances, and I won't give you a 3rd. The only reason I tried a second time was due to how good the West San Antonio location was. Good luck keeping this business open with service like this.

Listen, this place used to be amazing. Their tomato soup was second only to La Madeleine's, tasted fresh, was topped with cream, etc. Today, their soup was like Campbell's canned tomato soup and Spaghettio's had an unloved baby, sprinkled with some sweet (not in a good way) barbecue sauce flavoring, and ketchup. Gross. It was grrrrossss. And it's $7 for this tiny thing of soup, so if they're trying to cut corners to save money, the soup isn't the place to do it. And what's grilled cheese without tomato soup? Sad, that's what. Their grilled cheese tasted different, too, but at least it didn't taste *bad.* Anyway, this experience bummed me out and I'm not gonna order from them again until I know their tomato soup is back up to par. If I wanted some Campbell's-tasting bull, I'd save a few bucks and buy a dang can at the dang store. $7 for a few ounces of ketchupy mess. Nope!

Ordered through GrubHub, the 1st time was great. This time was awful! They were out of tomato soup, but didn’t find out until it was delivered. Every sandwich was cold & I took a bite of mine & this came out! Terrible!
