Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have so many negative things that happened throughout this experience, but I’ll just leave this picture of the food I received and you can decide for yourself. (Also, there is supposed to be a side, but I never got it)

Me and my ladies friends went there Aug12th 2023 our food came out cold we talk to manager she sent it back to kitchen brought it back out said it was hot no it was still cold our waitress touched it. It was still cold call manager back told her it was still cold manager was getting upset with us so assistant manager came out. She was very nice. Also gave gift certificate. We were sitting at the table and the manager comes back out saying let me clean the table up we feel like the manager was trying to make us leave. The food was terrible. The manager was terrible, but they did give two of us gift cards. We will never go back there again, tour of a management and nasty food.

Not impressed at all. I could have chose anywhere to eat I chose here. The waiter was extremely nice. The food was pretty nasty. 2 oriental salads a chicken sandwich. The sandwich looked like it was bitten before giving it to me and clearly forgot about in the fryer. The salads had so much dressing in it that it should have come with a straw. The sweet tea was good though. Not mad at the server he was great the food though, could have been sooo much better.Not sure I’m ever gonna return. A follow up is in order.Didn’t want to create a scene so I will address it with the Manager or Corporate.

The food was good but I ordered the sirloin and it was very gritty, fatty. The appetizers were the best, especially since it was after 9, and they were half off. Our server was ok. He never cleared our table. We even still had the menus on our table. Plates are everywhere also. It was quiet, but the ac was broken, so it got hot. It was an ok experience.

We were the only customers in the building for most of our visit. Waited quite a while on our food and drink refills. Some of the food came out wrong (though server caught it before he put it down on our table.) Asked for a spoon, server forgot and sat down to talk to other staff before getting it. Asked for a fork, never got it. Food itself was good, when we eventually got it.

Food was great! The ladies that helped us was very polite and they would make sure our drinks were never empty, Great service all around.

The service was extremely slow. It took almost two hours to completely get our food, the tables were left unclean for hours, the food was overcooked and flavorless. I have never had a bad experience at an Applebees as much as i did tonight, will not be coming back.

Service was great. The food however was pretty basic. I ordered the bourbon street mid rare and got it almost medium well. Second one was cooked good but lacked seasonings, but on the plus side what it lacked in seasonings it MORE than made up for it with a large dose of what tasted like garlic butter on top. Now I remember why we don't go anymore.

Me and 4 of my family members went here, there was about 6 other people in the restaurant. We sat and waited about 20 mins for a waiter to get us, they got our water, which took about another 25 mins for our drinks. We had to get up and flag down a waiter since the waiter didn't come over. It was almost an hour at this point and we still were waiting for appetizers. We waited 40 mins and we never got the food. We left after waiting a hour and 20 mins and still didn't come ask us what we wanted.We came back 6 months later and the service was even worse and took longer just to get water with a maximum of 10 customers every time we went here.

Memorial Day evening 7:30. Very few customers. We ordered water, no ice and a Pepsi. 15 mins later got water with ice an a Diet Pepsi. Wife ordered Oriental chicken salad., I ordered Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. An hour later and after asking if we were forgotten food came out. Her salad wasgreat. I got steak and mashed potatoes. How do you confuse that with chicken and shrimp? They apologized snd offered to redo. Another hour wait? No thanks. Canceled, ate half the wife’s salad and went home hungry.What happened to one of my favorite places??

Horrible! Staff I'd rude , probably because they are stressed out by having to "look busy" on a Wednesday evening . Managers are mean . Ordered our food Over the phone, he said give us 15 min. Okay sure because all they do is use their microwave as an oven... we got to the restaurant 20 min after the 15 min window , and stood there waiting for an additional 45 min!Food was not what we ordered but when I asked for the other items , the kid seemed to be too stoned out if his mind to understand English, so we left . Gross food , dirty restaurant, nasty bar. ? sad to because applebees use to be such a nice family spot . Spent $50 dollars for some over cooked pasta. Yuck ?

Went to restaurant and there was limited menu. No salads! Got buffalo wings which were saturated in sauce. They came with plastic forks. No silverware!!!!? Burger and bourbon chicken took 25 minutes and there was only on table occupied in the restaurant. Chicken was dry and shrimp was beyond done. Burger was edible. Disappointing from the beginning to the end. Server was nice

Hair in food I paid $30 for. Super disappointing when you’re hungry and your tacos are garnished with what looks like pubic hair. I understand things happen but kitchen hygiene can make or break a restaurant. Save your money and get something local that doesn’t include hair as a side option.

My wife and I got there around 10pm. After being seated, I ordered the full rack of babyback ribs. They were hot and smelled awesome. One problem...they were very dry. Baby back ribs are supposed to fall off the bone. They were seriously overcooked. I returned them and had to order a burger....which was delicious! The waiter, Shadrach, was awesome the whole time.
