I went to get 2 sandwiches. Cameron took my order and triple checked to make sure it was correct. He even told me a joke while I waited for my food. He was so nice and kind and it showed he really loved doing his job. Everyone working in customer service could learn a thing or too from him. Cameron is an amazing employee!!!

We never eat at Arby's, decides to try their steak bites & a good ole beef n cheddar 🤮
I couldn't finish my sandwich (after one bite) bc the bread was so soggy it fell apart & had entirely too much cheese sauce.
My husband's steak bites were dry & tasted funny? We literally threw away $30 worth of food. Fries were stone cold. We are now across the street at a gas station throwing up & getting pepto!
Staff was not friendly & seemed annoyed. When no customers were at the front, they sit & play on their phones when there is PLENTY that needs to be cleaned around there!

I visited another location in Jacksonville nc...I was able to get extra bits on this bowl since I was paying for it.. Tell me why this location, said they couldn't make an adjustment then had me to pull up and wait for a serious amount of time for the little food I did get... terrible service and caught in a lie. Arby’s slogan “We have the meats” does not apply to this particular Arby’s. Even Wendy’s, located beside this Arby’s, is even asking “Where’s the beef?”. Every time, literally 9 out of the past 10 times I’ve been to this Arby’s, they’re out of roast beef. Seriously, this isn’t just an exaggeration, they truly are out of roast beef all the time. I noticed this began happening this past summer and it has gotten worse and more frequent. I don’t know what’s wrong with this particular Arby’s and why there’s never any roast beef available but it truly is ridiculous to go to a roast beef establishment and find out they’re always out of roast beef.

My large fries were both half way fillles, and my classic with cheddar had hardly any cheese. Called around 2:14pm One of fast food slowest times of the day called about 10 times and nobody would answer.
Online and on their door it says they open at 10am. However at 10:30 they still had the door locked and an employee was walking around drinking a drink. No one came to the door or the drive through.

The girl working in the register didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Maybe she was new the bathroom needed attending to really bad like some good old scrubbing and a good update when I came out of the bathroom cashier was sitting next to the drive-through window on a table planning on her phone. The food was OK. It tasted fine and it was hot.
