Best drive thru burger in Wilmington! I was really wanting a good burger after working all day and on my way home. Everywhere I thought of near me the thought of their burgers was disappointing so I decided to go to Arby's and get a fish sandwich instead.. and I got there I discovered they are now selling hamburgers and honestly it was the best hamburger I've ever had it a drive-thru 100% a five-star hamburger!

I don't have great expectations for fast food, but not even basic criteria were met. The fries were overcooked and underseasoned. The drink machines were inoperative. Half the sauces/condiments were empty (including the ketchup) or not working. The person who took my order never looked at me or interacted in any way other than taking the order and asking my name. The fish sandwiches were good, but otherwise, I have nothing good to say about the experience.

I have been to this location three different times and when I go to order in the drive thru they never have roast beef ready they always tell me it will take an hour and half "Arby's Roast Beef." Really Never again will I go back, I'm done!

A little conflicted on my opinion of this particular Arby's. I get charged differently for the same items on different days which is confusing. Mostly the food is good and hot and the establishment looks clean. I just wish there was some consistency on pricing, service and atmosphere. Good stop for a quick bite, but I'm not going out of my way to get here.

The food is always good but the service was rude. A sign was posted 4 for $10, I was rudely informed that they don't so that any more. I would've ordered something else. But the attitude ? I was met with turned my stomach.

Sometimes, you've just got to have a killer roast beef sandwich. This place was clean, good service and this 8 Oz. Sandwich was killer.
