Disappointed in my visit. Nearly $30 for dinner. Cups of fries were barely even half full. The buffalo chicken wrap was hard and the chicken was ice cold. Double beef and cheese sandwich only came with meat, no cheese.

I hardly ever leave a bad review but this particular Arby's wasn't very good, my husband's smokehouse brisket sandwich barely had any meat on it, jalapeño poppers were barely warm and weren't crispy, grandsons chicken nuggets were perfect but his fries were cold, my gyro was ok but I had to take the tomatoes off, they tasted strange. I love Arby's, but this was very disappointing.

They closed 5 minutes before 1pm, their closing time, due to pure laziness. The manager should be fired. Pathetic .i did call the restaurant but no one answered you lazy ass. I might also add that when I pulled up to the window during business hours, a worker was at the window and could have helped me but the manager told him not to. That is completely unacceptable.

The Wanderer

Went to order the $7 meal deal you know the one you've seen ads for? It's even on their sign. But they had no idea what it was. So I just left. SMH either get smarter people or train them better. This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had with any place.

People at the window couldn't be bothered to do their job cuz they're too busy talking to their friends so made four different cars have to wait over 20 minutes to just not being acknowledged and move on to a different restaurant. If you don't have enough people to work your shifts offer a living wage so that you can have people working at The busy hours when you need them.
