Stop by this place frequently and I'm over their marketing. If you order a small size, they always say they only have regular size and you must wait 10 minutes. This is a total scam and it's been like this every time I stop.

Only go when Danielle is making the pretzels. They are super fresh and she cares about the quality. I was willing to wait so I got one fresh out of the oven, Best pretzel ever!
Just ordered a $5 Cup of cinnamon pretzels and after paying my husband asked for a fork (because who wants to eat with their hands after touching everything in the mall?) ..and somehow it took two employees and a manager to bounce the idea around for 15 seconds before they decided not to give me one!! WTH?! SO damn weird!! I swear this is the most socially awkward, unintelligent , “couldn’t get a job anywhere else” staff and I think this every time we order here!
The woman making the pretzels wasn't wearing gloves, one of the guys upfront forgot my drink , I had to keep waving my arms to get his attention once I got his attention he had a attitude while giving my drink to me. I was very disappointed.
I love the cinnamon pretzel sticks!

I went with my daughters today at 12 (they open at 11am) and ordered two salted pretzels and they were hard (old), cold and neither of the employees really even acknowledged me or were helpful at all. I asked for receipt but was just blankly stared at so I just walked away. Really disappointed for pretzels that are over $4 each and ended up having to throw away being old.

Went with my two little sisters not to long ago and and the big guy with raccoon eyes that always looks like he wants to end his own life because he has to sell pretzels started getting an attitude when i walked up behind my little sisters to help them pay, He started yelling about making a straight line (5 people were in line) 2 of which were my little sisters and i pulled my wallet out and ignored him because it was obvious i was paying for my little sisters food and then he started yelling even more making rude hand gestures to make a straight line at that point i laughed because it was just unnecessary and weird he looks like he is on heavy drugs and even his younger coworkers were looking at me and they looked terrified and embarrassed of him, just honestly no need for him to act that way in front of my little sisters and the other little kids in line

The price you pay and what is on the board is not the same. (They charge you more plus the tax) And the pretzel was not fresh
Good pretzels when you catch them made fresh, with several flavors and dips to choose from. Usually a long line at this location but it's to be expected and often moves at a steady pace.
Love the pretzels!! But customer service behind the counter was horrible. The girl taking our order didn’t say one word and looked grumpy. we all have bad days but working in CS a smile or just a “have a great day” goes a long way. otherwise don’t work somewhere you see people. disappointed.
Very bad customer service , rude people .
I love their pretzels, but there service was horrible on 5/7 at 5:20 PM. There were only 4 pretzel dogs out. I asked for a pretzel, but was bluntly and rudely told by this young female that they "RAN OUT OF DOUGH". Obviously that was a lie. She was unapologetic and lazy, refusing to have any pretzels made forty minutes before closing.
