Their food was great my only issue here is that the only way you can order online or Order ahead is if you use the Cloverly or some kind of third-party company that they use and it never works and that always causes issues but otherwise they're on point

They charge $3,95 for a coffee and refuse to give a refill. The bagels were not fresh, they were hard when they reheated them, the veggie spread was tasteless. Take your own coffee like the gentleman that came in after us, he knew what he was doing.
This place delivers the most delicious donuts I've had in a long time! Didn't try any bagels yet but I would bet that they are very yummy. Kind of expensive however the food quality is top notch!

Great little bagel joint and they serve omlettes and other breakfast pastries too. The donuts and pastries are wonderful. The staff is friendly. Prices are fair. If I'm ever back in Wilmington I'd be sure to stop in.

Visited for the first time this past weekend. They were busy busy...Staff was very friendly and bagels are delish! They give the perfect amount of creme cheese. I bought several pastries as well which were equally as delicious ?

Finally decided to try this place out since I drive past it every day. They have such a fun array of donuts, I even saw one designed as a watermelon. A ton of options for bagels, croissants, muffins, apple turnovers, etc. I went for the Hawaiian Sandwich so I could have something to share with my picky kid. It was HUGE! They stacked it and didn't stinge out on us. I will 100% be going back. Price was very decent as well considering you lose $500 just by stepping outside these days. Lastly, the place is a small sit down with just a couple of tables, (we got to go), it's very clean, and the young lady who helped us was very polite and patient. They were working their tails off in there with a full house of customers. Don't forget to leave a tip and support local businesses!

To begin, my order was wrong. This is considerably not a problem due to the fact myself and my family have been frequenting this establishment since they opened, and have always had a good experience. Until today, also being my husbands birthday and the only thing he requested for the morning, my husband and I bring back my wrong order. They obtained the receipt showing my correct order, expecting it to be fixed and comped with a gift certificate or an additional doughnut as they have done in the past. Instead of this happening, the owner argues the receipt and only offering to remake said order while deminishing me and my husband in front of patrons. Inside the doughnut display, my husband and I observed 5 flies flying around the doughnuts. We disputed for 7 minutes, until I asked for a refund after noticing the flies. It was then the owner began to be civil, in which case the backhanded encounter is unacceptable. My family and I will take our business elsewhere. I intend on telling my friends and place of business about my experience. We will be contacting the NC health inspector for Wilmington and file a complaint. The owner needs to hire a manager as she is only concerned about money and not about her patron relationships. If you want have pointless argument with someone for several minutes, this is your place. Not to mention the unclean food aspect.

So, we are on our way to do the college tour of Cape Fear Community College. Our plan was to grab a bite before the tour. We weren't familiar with the area and googled some places and decided on this one. We'd never been before (clearly) and after browsing the menu, placed our order. There were 4 of us and each ordered something different in the way of meal type. Two ordered breakfast and the other two ordered individual entrées. We had about 50 minutes before we were to be at the CFCC. We opted to sit outside. I was quite surprised at the amount of time it took to get our food...QUICK!!!!! Everyones food was prepared exactly as they'd ordered it. The hot entrées were hot, the cold ones were just that. The waffle fries I ordered were literally done to perfection!! Everyone was nice, friendly and courteous. I used the facilities and found them to be very clean and stocked. The hot water in the restroom was hot. I check that in each restaurant due to there being a code for employees to was their hands with warm, soapy water after each visit. The floors inside the main building were also clean and the waste receptacles (trashcans) were emptied and not overflowing. I made sure to go back inside to thank each employee for the meal and the way it was prepared. If our daughter decides to make CFCC her school, we WILL be back!!
