“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Cyril at Bagels on Pointe because WOW. This place was absolutely packed—busy as heck—and he never cracked under the pressure for even a second. He was incredibly kind, polite, and efficient, all while keeping the line moving and still serving up DELICIOUS bagels.

I was honestly blown away by his demeanor and how he kept everything together with a smile. Employees like him are rare these days. Cyril absolutely deserves a raise!! Please let this be noted loud and clear!“

“I love beach bagels, but golly it's frustrating when I call their phone and it is off for multiple locations, additionally when I try to order online, I can't utilize my reward points so I lose out, so I'm forced to call (but doesn't work) or come in and wait in line. The convenience has left this establishment, but obviously the food is great because I keep coming back.“

Had a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel..with tomatoes and red onion...on an perfectly toasted all in one bagel..it was refreshing hearing that N.Y infamous accent all around me..brought back so many memories..Continue to offer delicious fare reasonably priced..Will visit every time I'm in the area!“

“I go here every Sunday morning on my way from SPT to St Paul's Episcopal. Great bagels (I get bacon and egg on toasted plain) and the gal who is usually there is a wonderful multi-tasker. No matter the length of the line... she hustles!“

“Came here the day after Halloween, and clearly there were lots of hungover people wanting bagels, like myself. The staff was working their butts off, and were so apologetic that it took so long. We waited about 40 minutes, but the vibe was so good that we didn't mind. The Nov 1st staff needs a huge round of applause, they rocked!“
