That sounds horrible I know but I love it THAT much!The owners here are awesome people and even if there is a little line of people here, it moves Really fast.People LOVE this place. thank you baskin robbins for making this for me! they had a clown cake and a roll cake and I went to the store in person and asked if they could put a clown on top of the roll. they said no problem! most beautiful cake ever!

A classic! This shop seems to have changed owners sometime in the past 2-3 years, who have cleaned the place up, including repairing a few prominent water leaks in the ceiling, and improved customer service by a great deal.

Too bad this is the only baskin and robbins location. I ordered a cake and they require a 24 hours pick up time. I ordered at 5pm the night before and they said I could not pick up until 5pm. Fair enough. I called in the morning to make a change to my cake, if I can't pick up my cake until 5pm it seems logical it would not be ready at 10:30am. They lady told me she is almost done with it and i can't make any changes. Why would I be given a 5pm pick up time of my cake is made and done before 11am!? Really disappointed.

We ordered a waffle cone with a single scoop. The girl gave us a child's scoop.It was literally two tablespoons. Kilwin's is always the same. The price is comparable and they always give consistent well-rounded scoops.The owner needs to show the employees how to properly scoop the ice cream. When he's there we get a proper serving.Sorry for no photo it was hot and it was melting pretty fast.
