I went on Sunday morning. The place was super busy but (as expected) but the staff was friendly and very helpful. A huge shout out to Alli for helping me resolve an issue with a complicated order!

I love beach bagels, but golly it's frustrating when I call their phone and it is off for multiple locations, additionally when I try to order online, I can't utilize my reward points so I lose out, so I'm forced to call (but doesn't work) or come in and wait in line. The convenience has left this establishment, but obviously the food is great because I keep coming back.

Love the food but today was disappointed because they no longer have my favorite sandwich, went there for lunch craving that delicious goodness only to see that the “Bless your heart” is not longer on the menu. So since my heart wasn’t going to be blessed, I went for what I thought would be the next best thing, I got the regular cheesesteak, I want to say that it was a good substitute but alas more disappointment…the cheese wasn’t even melty. It has left me sad and lost…I...
