Refrained from leaving a one star review last visit when the cashier was seemingly hungover with a hickey on his neck and was very bothered that we came to get bagels, followed by an employee being rude when I asked for a side of mayo for my partner.
Went back in today and the same exact angry dude making bagels got mad I asked for a side of mayo. He laughed at my face, repeated me, and slammed it down on the counter in disgust that I would bother him.
Clearly this company does not want my business, as a work from home downtown living adult who would spend thousands over the course of a year here between myself and my family.
I will be sure to spread the word to all of our business contacts downtown.
The young lady working the cash register this trip is the only person who showed me respect, or as much as a smile. This should not be a reflection of her.

Terrible service. The cashier was rude, dismissive, and completely unorganized. Three orders were wrong, and every time we tried to explain, we were cut off. Definitely won’t be coming back. The cook and manager did they’re best to rectify the incompetency of the cashier.
