My family ordered breakfast from Beach Bagels. I ordered a bagel with ham, egg, and cheese. My ham was burned and my bagel wasn’t even toasted. My mother ordered a sausage and egg sandwich with no cheese, which ended up having cheese on it. My mother has a severe dairy allergy and if the staff had done their jobs and made our food how we ordered it, then my mother would have been able to actually eat her breakfast. On top of that, the hash browns we ordered were soggy and burnt. Instead, we got to pay for overpriced bagels and drinks that ended up leaving us utterly disappointed. My family has been ordering from Beach Bagels for years and we are extremely loyal customers, however due to the utter disregard to customer requests, Beach Bagels has lost yet another loyal customer.

Ordered a smoothie had something else in it and smelled funny and tasted funny.the bagel was just really toasted and salty….. Had someone that ordered the same exact thing and it tasted and smell completely different… when I went to go try to get a refund I asked the manager to smell it after I someone else had already and they said it smelled weird the manager I felt tried to gaslight me saying oh it smells fine to me but if you want we can still give it…. The whole vibe is off and I got a little sick after eating would not go back ever.

Food was good I had a chicken salad on a croissant and unsweetened tea. Workers were very nice and food was prepared quickly. Shop is a little run down.

This was my first time eating from here. I’m not a fan of bagel sandwiches because I have never found one I really like. I tried the Beast Bagel and it was delicious! I would definitely order again and recommend the restaurant to others!

They do not start your to-go/ pickup/ online order until you arrive depending on who is working.
Why order ahead?
Obviously half the staff knows the owner makes idiotic policies and ignores them.
Also, is there some animosity against door dashers? Signs everywhere with rules for delivery drivers, do they make them wait too?
Answer, yes. Mediocre food, long wait times, ordering ahead useless.

This morning we visited the Azalea Festival in downtown. Pictures from each direction with a play area for kids and a soft serve 🍦 blowing in the wind. After walking thru all the vendors and food carts we decided to stop for lunch to rest before walking back to car. We stopped at Beach Bagels & Subs. My wife got the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and I got the Beef on Wick ! Good choices and we walked up the hill to our car after recouping!
