Little lacking in urgency for an empty store when I arrived but good service & food. People below must’ve gone on a bad or busy day because it was clean and the food was up to par with/better than other Blaze’s I’ve been to.

Despite not being busy and the number of employees working, this place didn’t seem to have it together today. A sense of urgency was definitely lacking. My pizza was cooked and ready before they even prepped my son’s pizza. I got the Simple Pie (cheese pizza), and the sauce and cheese distribution was lousy. The oven floor was dirty and made the bottom of our crusts taste burnt. Overall, the food tasted ok, but the service was rough.

This used to be a reasonably price place to eat pizza but it has gone up significantly and is now way overpriced. Too many new personnel who are unsure how to make certain types of pizza. Need to reduce the prices as they were when they first opened.

Food was great. Price was much higher than it used to be. Sadly they were fully cleaning the floor 90 minutes before closing so it was all slick and dangerous for us and our kids. Great flavor though.
