Amazing food, drinks, beer, sandwiches and flatbreads in a spacious atmosphere with local art and beach vibes. Highly recommend

We stopped by Blue Surf on a rainy Friday for lunch. The menu is up on blackboards over the checkout counter. You order at the counter, and they bring your food to your table. All of the servers were really nice and helpful with our dietary restrictions. They have gluten free bread and are knowledgeable about eliminating dairy. We had the turkey Brie sandwich (no Brie) on gluten free bread with the marinated chickpeas (no feta) as a side and the mahi mahi sandwich with salt and pepper chips on the side. Everything was delicious. Our coffee and peanut butter hot chocolate (almond milk) were incredible. The vibe is beachy casual with wooden benches and metal chairs at tables. There are also some high top tables and a few smaller tables for two. The bathrooms are gendered with a couple of stalls. The layout is fairly accessible for mobility devices.

The power bowl with shrimp was excellent. My husband really enjoyed the turkey Brie sandwich. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was due to how loud it was in the dining area. Will definitely go back when the weather is warm enough to sit outside.

Blue surf cafe claims online they are pet friendly… However, upon arrival with our 10 week old puppy, we were instructed dogs are not allowed inside. Staff acted like we were not welcome due to our dog. We sat on the patio and were told we could order food to go. After clarifying, they told us we could order food, we just had to stay outside and eat it on the patio. Just very strange and off putting. Not pet friendly.

This place has such a cozy small-town vibe—friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and everyone feels like a regular. The Cuban sandwich is outstanding: perfectly pressed, loaded with flavorful pork, ham, Swiss, and that ideal tangy mojo sauce. Highly recommend stopping by!

Excellent experience at the Blue Surf Cafe. I was visiting my son for the weekend, and we were looking for a simple, cost-effective restaurant for lunch. This place was great. We highly recommend it.

Not incredible but not bad, and they are open when no one else is. Solid place, I wouldn’t say no to going there

My favorite place to go when I'm visiting. The powerbowl is way worth the price. The employees are always super nice too.

First time here and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We tried two of their breakfast specialties and they were both great. Eggs cooked exactly the way we asked for and the dishes were tasty without being super heavy. Will come back
