Most of the time good food. But 05/15/25.....the shrimp I got was the dregs of the catch. We went there due to authentic shrimp. True or not I was not impressed. Small size and some not the whole shrimp. Will not get shrimp there again.
The service was excellent. The food was good. My version of fried squash was different than what I received. It was battered and deep fried squash. The lunch portion was larger than expected. I would definitely go back.

A simple dinner setting with generous lunch portions. My husband's fried white fish came with 2 large pieces and 2 sides. The home cut fries were great! And my cheese grits and shrimp were worth waiting for. It was the perfect way to end our adventure across North Carolina. This northern gal thanks you for the best meal of our vacation.
