I paid for a $6.20 order through the app and arrived to pick it up. When I called curbside they told me they didn't have any of the items I ordered. (Chicken sandwich, biscuit, drink, fries) They were rude and hung up on me. I tried to get a refund through the app to no avail. I just found out I was charged twice for this, there are two charges of $6.20. This Bojangles stole $12.40 from me.

The drive through is a computer, no way to talk to a person. It couldn't understand my order, I had no idea if it got it right, it was so bad I just left. I'm not going back until I have the option to talk to a person, and not a robot that doesn't understand what I'm saying or understand my order.

I have had a few bad experiences with this place, but let's get to today's experience. The cashier had sores on her hands, some cups feel and she put the cup against her body then back in the cup rack. She coughed into her hand, took the hand she coughed in proceeded to make my tea and picked up several lids, pulled them apart and placed one on my drink and put the others back. My chicken was cold and not fully cooked. This place is nasty and the people that work there do not keep themselves up. If you want to live stay away from this place.

The chicken wasn’t ready so we had to wait 20 mins. That no one told us. Then after all the people waiting by the time we got ours it was cold and the bottom of the barrel peices. The staff was non attentive and if they bothered to acknowledge you they were down right rude.

I have visited this store on multiple occasions and observed uncleanliness. On one occassion a worker had open sores on her hands and dipped was dipping ice with no gloves on. She was also using the cup to dip instead of a scoop. I stopped going for a while after I had heard a number of stories about how unclean the restaurant is. I decided to try it again. The same employee that had the sores previously coughed into her hand, proceeded to pick up more than one lid, touch the spout for my tea, touch the side of my cup, take my payment and hand me my food. She knew I was upset and proceeds to tell me to have a nice day. I threw the tea in the trash and I will NOT be returning.

The food is good but the lobby is nasty the bathrooms are nasty it's just gross in there and they're just all standing around talking and it's so nasty in there you I just do not eat at places that look like that. I keep trying to give them a chance worst place ever. I'm a kichen manager they need a new team and a better leader.

Food is always good, I like they added AI for the drive thru cause they people used to be rude, so not dealing with humans is a plus, the main reason I put low Atmosphere, was cause there is a LOT of homeless and druggies around, a couple coming and bugging those in the drive thrus and get aggressive
