They were real rude thru drive thru. Food was cold and they gave us wrong order. So my husband and I went inside and they said we had to pay and I asked why when we had paid already and the lady said because I didn't want that order so I told her the food was cold so to just give me our money back and they only gave us half our money. HORRIBLE PLACE. Sad because we love this place especially my daughter.

I go to this location often since it is the most convenient location to my home and work. Went by at noon on a Sunday and ordered 2 chicken supreme combos. Although the lady working the window was polite, it took over 20 minutes for my food to come out. I was asked to pull forward so I did. Waited 15 minutes and circled back around asking for an update on my food and she asked me to pull forward where I was at before. Waited another 10 minutes and food came. Got home and was short a supreme, extra seasoning, and my fries tasted and felt like they had been sitting overnight. Might be a good idea to drop a bunch of supremes at lunch since it is one of your feature items.

Staff said they don’t have eggs but still take orders for a breakfast bowl, asked me if I would like to substitute it with sausage then overcharged for the extra sausage, looking through the drive-through window that place looks nasty. I literally threw my food away.

Can you say delicious? Sometimes. Their biscuits and gravy are mouth watering. Whoever makes the biscuits, you are the best!!!! Thank you! Btw, this is how much tea is left after ice is removed. Don't buy a chicken biscuit late at night; it's been sitting out all day and tough as jerky. Don't waste your money

How is this place even open?? I never leave reviews but this location doesn’t even deserve one star… I waited for 20 mins at the curb after being told to pull up and they forgot about me. I backed up & received my refund at that point I didn’t even want the food. The guys were just messing around. Terrible, this location needs to do better!!

Why did I get charged 42c for a sauce when I spent over $9 on a combo….. either this location is really struggling financially or the owner is trying to get every penny from the customers they can. Give your customers a complimentary dipping sauce if they buy a combo…. You gonna start charging for straws and napkins next?

Soooo, I did an online order for curbside pickup at this bojangles location. I placed my order at 3:15pm. My order was suppose to be ready for pickup at 3:52pm at this location 4505 Market Street. I pull up, park in the curbside pickup space at 3:45 pm. and of course waited patiently until..watch this(here's the benefit of the doubt)4:04pm EXACTLY to call and let them know that I was there and waiting on an employee to bring my order to me....I call like im supposed to and (NOTE THIS IS THE 1ST CALL)a female answers the phone, gets my info and says, we'll have your order our shortly, i say okay thank you and hangup phone. 2nd call to store @4:20pm, MALE EMPLOYEE answers phone and plays the role of, WELL I DONT SEE A CURBSIDE ORDER, he asks for name on order i give it to him and he say oh we will fix it ummmm, we're taking up some chicken now......3rd time.........4:45pm i walk into the store, ask about my order and the lady working front counter greets me with....I'M TIRED.....I ASKED HER ABOUT MY ORDER....(NOTE I KNOW THE IN'S AND OUT'S OF THE COMPANY AND HOW THINGS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE DONE) SHE WALKS OVER TO THE PRINTER AND TEARS THE RECIEPT OFF that has my order on it that was supposed to be READY AT 3:52PM FOR PICKUP.......so in other words no one has even cared enough or is too lazy to do their job when it comes to completing order pickups.....i stood there for an additional 15 minutes waiting on my order to be prepared......MANAGER ON DUTY NEEDS TO BE DISMISSED ALONG WITH THE YOUNG LADY STANDING BECAUSE SHE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING AT ALL, LET HER GO HOME PERMANENTLY AND GET SOME REST SEEING AS HOW SHE'S SO TIRED OF DOING ABSOULUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!
