I tried to order but stood at the counter for several minutes with no employee coming over to take my order, so I went through the drive through. There’s an automated attendant who got the order wrong, so I asked for an employee, this took several minutes. I wanted a few minutes at the window to pay. It took a lot longer than it needed to. Please hire more staff.

Lazy and unproductive crew, meal was not as I ordered it no condiments. Always don't have certain condiments ketchup nugget sauce ect. And the bad thing is I keep going hoping it will get better but just keeps getting worse I don't think I will go back to this place again

2time my food was not fresh at all and the chicken was old…. Fries were hard

Quick sales lesson: if you're too busy to take someone's order, acknowledge that customer and tell them "I'll be with you in a moment." That's how you keep a sale.
Ignoring someone standing at the counter for almost 5min, with a line building behind them, is not how you keep a sale.

It's a great place to eat, especially if you like chicken. I don't think it's anything crazy special from Popeyes, but it's a great place to have a good meal.
The staff repeatedly was rude and have no customer service skills. No greetings from any of them and the girl who took our order was rude about her mistake. She overcharged us by double. They don’t make any coffee at this location either. What a horrible experience. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. The staff couldn’t have cared any less about their jobs. Cassidy needs to go to anger management and training on how to talk to customers. Unbelievable. No one of them had the ability to even look at a customer. It was like the place was just a hangout for the employees.

I came in today and had a simple order of a sausage and egg biscuit no cheese large fry large drink. It took 17 minutes to get my order. It took nine minutes for someone to take my order so all in total I was in the store for over 25 minutes Reason I came into the store was the drive-through had 15 cars in the drive-through. I got home. There was extra cheese on the biscuit. No way to remove it. The egg was so old and hard. It was crunchy. I’ve never had crunchy scrambled egg on a biscuit so the biscuit got thrown away. The fries were a small order not a large order. They were undercooked, but barely edible. . The soda was the only thing that was truly consumable. It’s like the people that were working just didn’t give a damn.

Before mentioning anything else. I have been to Bojangles so many times. Tonight 11/08/24 7:12 pm I decided to stop by after my long shift at work and I ordered a tenders meal with a biscuit. To my surprise the biscuit had metal in it. Im not saying a small piece of metal it was huge and I bit into it and consumed it. After this, I drove back to the store and filed a corporate report and police report. I can still feel the metal in my chest and the general manager told me that the they did not have metal in there kitchen. She was rude and did not even offer the corporate report until the cop asked. (Said I didn't want to talk to her after waiting 30 minutes for her to arrive). Anyways do not recommend it here. Praying to not need to go to the Doctor. Eager to here back from corporate Bojangles.

Fries are consistently stale and over fried here. They also lack seasoning even if you ask for extra. Sausage patties are also often over cooked
