To be fair - I am not just an employee - I eat here, too.

That being said, as a team member at Bojangles I have the distinctive pleasure in trying my hardest to deliver a consistent, high-quality product that cannot distinguish itself from any other of our products, at any time. What that means is I go in every day and hope that when you visit our store you could never tell I was there. Not that my presence is not missed but it is my goal to ensure to the best of my ability that you can't tell something I made, from something someone else may have made. The reason being is Bojangles purpose is well defined as serving food that is delicious every single time you order it, no matter who you order it from, and where you place that order. I can say only from experience that this location recognizes and is dedicated to being a cog in the wheel that is the mission of serving customers a consistent product for Bojangles Restaurants, very quickly, that will be just as good here as it would be in Hong Kong.

Yes - I eat their food, No, I don't necessarily have to. But I choose to because quite frankly, it tastes good. And moreover, it tastes good every single time I eat it, and I rest easier knowing that for so many reasons that should be every customer experience who visits our, or any other store.

I have had many jobs in life, across several industries, making various amounts of money. I can say without question and with a serious face and great conviction that working at Bojangles Restaurants has given me many ways to apply the skills and lessons we all aspire to learn in life. All that wisdom and comprehension of some of lifes greatest messages for us can be received while simply standing at my station. Trying my hardest to keep up while we deliver a quality food product that by definition and intention is good every single time it goes out to a customer.

Yes things happen, mistakes happen, but I can say that I have never been part of a team that was more efficient, professional, and highly skilled than the team I am a part of at Bojangles- if for no other reason than because only while working at Bojangles have my heart, my eyes, and mind been open enough to receive the fact at how wonderful, talented, and amazing each and every person I have had the pleasure of interacting with truly is.

Again, I may be biased, but I wouldn't lie to you. If you have had a Bad experience at a store, try again- because if it seemed like someone didn't care, I promise they do. And if you don't believe me stop by our store and I can assure you that if any of the team members I work with every single day are there then there is someone who cares about you and your experience and it is my sincere belief that you will not be disappointed. But I need to add that I also believe that would be true here or anywhere else. Simply because I believe beyond doubt that people do genuinely care.

We are all human; things happen but one thing never changes and that is the feelings of satisfaction one finds when hunger is but a memory to be reminded of after a moment's relief. I hope that it is found with us. Thank you

They charge for sauce nowadays?? They ask what sauce you want and then charge you when you say honey mustard? That’s crazy!

They were out of ice, and chicken from biscuit was rubbery and biscuit was cold and fries were cold and soggy. Unfriendly staff

The service at this location on today, January 16, 2025 has been less than desirable the on duty female Hispanic short shrimp of a manager ran hid in the office as I complained about my order being incorrect I placed online on the Bo app the manager refused to refund my money. She also refuse to give me her name. Therefore I’m online making a Google review and I will make a Google review every day until I find out her name and that she is reprimanded for being a Horrible customer service representative for the Bojangles location on Carolina Beach Road in monkey Junction. They have no one that knows how to speak to a customer you accuse a customer of placing a wrong order and I return with the customer is always right first and foremost, and secondly, I came in and my order was missing the biscuits and my sides were in correct they gave me three sides of fries. I did not order that I called and asked for a manager. She put someone on the phone random name John he tells me that he could give me the general manager‘s number I called that number and I got left on a voicemail. Horrible service.

If I could put 0 stars…I would… the worst bojangles location by FAR. It is the closest to my house and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt…but if you go here anytime passed 7pm they will let you sit in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes after ordering with a robot….just to get up to the window and have them tell you THEY DONT HAVE ANY CHICKEN??!!!?? You are literally a chicken place… this is the FOURTH time it has happened to me… please start ordering more. Or update your robot so you can tell people you don’t have chicken before they have to wait 30 minutes to find out!! 0/10. Do better. Not to mention the lack of professionalism from the employees… and i’m 21… they’re my age. it’s TERRIBLE. again.. do better.

Fries were cold and old, chicken was not fresh. Had to wait 5 to 10 min for a Cajun chicken biscuit to be cooked and this was in the 9pm hr.

Drive thru doesn't work because the AI they use doesn't work. One employee told me it was a constant problem while another told me and other customers we were ALL wrong. Employees actively smoking and playing on phones, but offering no service. 6 foot pile of broken furniture inside. No one working cash register inside. I waited 20 minutes in line for drive thru which was broken. Staff inside totally oblivious. When I parked and walked inside and asked if I could order inside I was told I'd have to wait since the line outside was long. Hahahaha when I explained why it was long and suggested a sign, I was actively argued with by a teenager with a horrible attitude. NEVER GO HERE. I was raised in this town. This location has always been terrible, but now it's gotten to be out of control. No one in charge. Disgusting food and attitudes. Should just be closed.

Tried to give me a gift card when I returned my trash food because they employ people that can’t put lettuce and tomatoes on buns or make sweet tea. Insane. Go anywhere else.

"The right people are the difference makers." I live two miles down the road from this location and had avoided it for about four years due to one bad experience. However, I recently met the manager and noticed a significant improvement. The lobby is cleaner, the staff is friendlier, the restrooms are cleaner, and, of course, the food is good. Thank you, Kat , for the improvement!
