I went to the drive thru today 9/5 Labor Day ordered 3 piece white meat got home had a 3 piece dark. I tried to call no one answered I got a message asking for code. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE THE WORST

This was a complete waste of money. The dirty rice was a huge mess. Mushy and cold. The steak, egg and cheese biscuit was blah. The steak was good, the biscuit was undercooked, the egg overcooked and the cheese just not edible. The Cole slaw was good. And the home made ranch too

This was by far the worse experience ever. I tried the new chicken bites they were well over cooked. The seasoned fries taste like they were three days old. My husband ordered chicken that was definitely over cooked and the rice was like mush. Very discusting. And the dining area was dirty.

Came in for lunch around 1:30. Did not have adequate amounts ready. One employee from the back said to get someone else who was on break to prep food. Also had 2 employees cussing and talking down to each other in an obvious conflict with no regard of people in the dining area even though I was the only one at the time. The lady at the front register seemed flustered when she said they didn't have enough chicken bites to fill my order and I asked how long it would be. Employees also taking smoke breaks by front door. Not opposed to you doing that but the polite thing is to do it away from where people are entering and exiting the building.

Hit the drive through to order Sweet Tea for my mother in law. They were running a 32oz tea for $1 special so I ordered 4 of those with no ice rather than 2 half gallons to ultimately save about a dollar. They got my order right, even asked if I wanted a drink carrier and straws. They processed my card, handed me the drinks, and lastly a receipt. Smooth transaction and the tea was delicious! It's tough to go through the line and not get at least a biscuit, thankfully I had just eaten!

Went in at 9:45pm since it was late I inquired as to what family size sides were available. She had to go ask the manager as the bar had been disassembled. While i didnt expect every side item to be available, I DID expect CHICKEN to be cooked for me! I ordered the 8pc family meal all white w pintos, green beans with additional family size rice & slaw. (they were out of mac & cheese except 1 individual side) I was so shocked when the employee literally LAUGHED in my face. So I said "What? You don't have any chicken either?" She laughed once more then went to speak to a manager (again) regarding the order i was trying to place. I was so humiliated and disappointed I finally walked out. I understand that it was late yet by the time all the "discussion" about having No/Limited food/chicken that had they simply dropped some chicken in the nfryer it would have been almost done by then! The advertising for Bojangles reads "available til 10pm". OR maybe the employees FORGOT they were supposed to cook food for customers until 10pm??? They may as well have locked the doors early instead of laughing in customers faces for ordering food!!! Jeez! SMH. What has happened to Customer Service these days???
