Waited in the drive thru at the box for five minutes listening through the speaker at them joking around inside (keep in mind no one is ahead of me at this point). When the guy finally takes my order he cut me off before I finished trying to give me the total. They then didn’t give us all our food.

I do not like leaving negative reviews on any business. I usually decide just to not leave a review at all if a negative review is the case. Anyhow the Service was absolutely terrible on many occasions and 1 particular occasion I was on my lunch break which is only 30 min.. I ordered thru drive thru and then went paid at the window which was $13. Next I was told to pull ahead and it'll be out shortly.... without being given my drink first... Then after about 10 minutes I went inside and they completely lost my order. I did not have a receipt and they acted as if I never ordered. I paid cash so I didn't have a copy of my debit payment so I basically had my money stolen from me. This is the true experience and not only being late back to work. I did not get my lunch and I lost $15 roughly. Anyhow, either occasion I was giving not enough food and was told there wasn't any chicken , or biscuits at different times. Pretty much every time I've had a bad experience and I completely avoid this restaurant all together. Now after giving it numerous chances. Do not recommend for anybody to eat here.

It's Bojangles you know what it is. The service is work talking about. When most fast food places have miserable people who want to be anywhere else just riding the clock. I have received service with a friendly, pleasant smile and attitude on multiple occasions over the last few months at this location. Thanks for standing out and making me feel like your glad I came.

The employees here are always nice and awesome, but sadly today when I got to work after doing the drive though, it was the 3rd time in a row I got a chicken sandwich that was not cooked all the way. It was still pink and cold in the center.

Just literally left the drive thru at 9:37pm with someone telling me that they are not cooking anymore chicken and they were sold out for the night. What bojangles runs out of chicken when you are known for chicken. It’s sad… I should’ve recorded her saying that and sent it to corporate. Sorry high school kids, bad atmosphere, and a bunch of giggly in the background. Will never come back
