Very disappointed, ate here 2 days ago for dinner with my husband. I ordered tea server brought water but charged for tea. Asked for fries to be on separate plate but received them on my dish swimming in sauce from fish. Steamed broccoli was raw. Young man with green hair and T-shirt with ball cap on introduced himself as a manager and gave us a card to use for a review. Server came to table only 4 times. Boxed my fish up and brought home, was ready for dinner to be over. Bang bang shrimp was good. Total bill was $75, waste of hard earned money. Will not return.

My husband and I ate here 2 days ago, service and food was very disappointing. I ordered tea waitress brought me water but charged me for tea. Husband asked for fries be put on separate plate, fries came on main dish swimming in sauce from fish. My steamed broccoli was raw. Bang bang shrimp was good. A young man with green hair and a T-shirt and baseball cap on approached our table and gave us a card to use for review. He introduced himself as the manager but looked anything but that. Had to send the fries back. Should have sent the broccoli back but just wanted to be done with dinner. Didn’t eat my fish took it home in a togo box. Server came to our table 4 times And they were not busy. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Total bill was $75 not including tip.

We had Ian as our server tonight and he made our experience wonderful! The food was great, it’s been a long time since we’ve been bonefish but we will definitely be back. The manager came to see how everything was after, heard it was my birthday and boxed up a cheesecake for me to-go which I thought was so nice.

To me, this food was amazing. I have never tasted anything better, I loved the bang bang shrimp, and most of the stuff they had, these waiters were patient, kind and hardworking people, they worked so hard making sure the customers were satisfied, They worked so hard for this, they honestly deserve a raise! I couldn’t recommend any place better! It was clean, tidy, organized, their service was amazing, and don’t even get me started on the food!

Never in my life have I experienced such an excellent dinner! The hostess greeted us and was so sweet, then we were seated at a big booth for our family of 5, and since it was our first time, the hostess explained that we could color on the table with our kids! Which I loved and so did they. Then we met our waitress…she was amazing. She was attentive, kind, and didn’t come too much or too little. The manager came and introduced herself as well and she was so friendly and sweet too. It was just an amazing experience all together. We are here on a mini-vacation from VA, so it was really great to find somewhere that was delicious and also had amazing staff. Thank you so much!
