I've been to Bottles a handful of times now and at this point I may be hard pressed to return.The atmosphere is sooo promising but the service is SEVERELY lacking. The bartender with the butterfly neck tattoo is terrible. I went up there after work one night and the place was empty, tried making conversation with her, since I was sitting at the bar and she couldn't be bothered to actually talk, she was engulfed in her phone.My husband and I went up there on Friday 2.10 (weeks later), place was empty, just us, and she was bartending, my husband tried to have polite conversation with her and she completely ignored him, busy with her phone. We were finishing up our drinks and wanted another, she went outside, not acknowledging our drinks were empty, when she returned, she returned to her phone, my husband asked if we could close out, she didn't acknowledge him, just said yeah, then when she realized what he actually asked said yeah again.We would have gotten anther drink had we had half decent service. I love wine & Bottles is right up my alley for an after work stop, at this rate though I will not be giving terrible service anymore time.

We were there over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. It is dog friendly which was great since we were there with our son and his fiancée's dachshund. The staff was very helpful, and the beer/wine selection was great. Definitely would come back.
