I have been there several times for local bands and to get a great cheeseburger. Staff has always been good but This past Saturday I had a personal issue and Alex was super nice and accommodating. Really went out of his way to help me out. Some places just seem nice until there is a problem but others, like Alex and Bowstring shine in those circumstances. I am a fan for life!

We went to Bowstring to see a band. Seems like a cool place and I love that they have parking available and the outdoor space. However, the service and food were disappointing. I ordered 3 items and was told they would text me when my order was ready. They didn’t. After 30 minutes on a not so busy night, I went to ask about it. We found it sitting on a counter, waiting.
