Lovely restaurant with a great menu and well-trained staff. The patio is absolutely beautiful and makes you forget you are in Wilmington but maybe somewhere in Europe.
The octopus is superb and the desserts are to die for!

If you can get past the big need for renovations/ esp bar stools 🙄. The food is some of the best ESPECIALLY the fish specials! They are all so well thought out and priced right!!! The chef Ryan / and his preparations are soooo yummy and not too salty! If you sit with Bambi at the bar you will get the best experience of both worlds ! If you decide to get a table ask for ROB!!!

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Brasserie du Soleil tonight. It was a first for all of us.

We had 'Tuna Tartare' as Les Hors D'Oeuvres and enjoyed it very much.

Two of us had 'Onion Soup Gratinee' as La Soupe. They were delicious.

Two of us ordered 'Flounder', one ordered 'Gnocchi' and one ordered 'Chicken BLT'. Every dish was very well received. The portions of the Flounder and the the Chicken BLT were generous. The Gnocchi serving was a little more lean. The quality of each dish was exceptional.

Personally, I had the Chicken BLT. It was delicious and was a large portion. The chicken was cooked perfectly and hung off of the large croissant. Although not mentioned on the menu, the sandwich was served with a large serving of fries.

We were stuffed but we made room for dessert and were glad that we did. We ordered 'Profiteroles' and enjoyed them alot.
They were a light dessert that included 5 puff pastries cut in half (like a hamburger bun) with vanilla ice cream in the middle. A small picture of hot fudge was also provided to pour on your pastry as desired. Perfect ending to a delightful meal.

The staff was friendly and helpful - from the hostess to the wait staff. The restaurant was quite busy and the crew did a great job!

Just finished a lunch excellent in all respects on a hot day. Wine recommendations and food quality top notch. Professional, attentive and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.

This used to be one of our go-to spots for dinner, but our most recent visit left us disappointed. We came for a special occasion—which the staff asked about—but nothing about the experience reflected that.

A small chip in my glass led me to request a new one, only to watch the waitress pour about three-quarters of my original beer into the replacement. A fresh drink would have made more sense and felt more appropriate.

I ordered my burger medium, but it arrived well done. While they did remake it, I was left eating it with cold fries. No offer of a comp or apology—just a lackluster experience all around.

It’s a shame. For the prices they charge, we expected much better.

The food and service couldn’t be any better! A perfect for lunch!

Very disappointed. Used to be a cant-miss reservation. 4 of our 7 had a bad meal. The octopus appetizers were overcooked and rubbery. Steak was pre sliced with the grain and so chewy it was left behind. For over $400 plus, it was simply not worth it.

Friends took me for the first time. The waiters' recommendations were spot on delicious cooked to perfections. I had the muscles gigi with bread and potato croquettes.

Lovely place to eat outside, fabulous food and service. My only complaint is that they had taken the Brûlée’d pineapple desert off the menu.

Went there the for the first time yesterday. We were a group of 4, literally the second party to arrive after opening. We got seated, the waitress took our order. It took 1hr 30 until we got our food. There was a lot more people that had came after us, and got their food before us.

First visit was wonderful. The food and service was good . I didn't like the decor. It was dark and gothic looking. The outside was pretty.

The vibe is very nice inside and our waiter was very friendly. The hostess and other staff we interacted with were rude and seated us 15 minutes after our reservation time. They were repeatedly making us move spots while waiting to "accommodate for the bar" which was frustrating after already being told to wait on the side for our table. The wine was delicious but the food was overpriced. Definitely a unique cuisine option but not authentic.

French onion soup looked very appealing but the soup itself tasted like gravy and left much to be desired. The entrees were small portions and a bit flavorless. The flounder received great compliments at my table so that was a plus.

Came in for our anniversary and loved every bite! We had mussels, escargot, flounder, and the halibut special. Even if you don’t like gin (like me).. get the French 75.. so good. Stella was so sweet and attentive. Heather served us a a drink while we waited for our Uber. Really felt at home at brasserie!
