Just another one of those herbalife MLM places selling you powdered preprocessed “shakes” and powdered “tea” concentrate. Do some research. Came here with friends a couple months ago, was expecting a real fresh shake and was unsurprised when they reached for the ol’ wall of herbalife powders, dumped it in some water and ice and that was that lol.Enjoy slogging down your powdered tea and chemical concoction flavored protein powder for $8+

FAB-U-LUS! Both locations in this area owned by same couple & the quality + service in both locations is so far above the norm!HEALTHY & absolutely DELISH shakes (no after-taste!). The image of the board (2 pics) is SOME of the shake flavors!!! Then we tried the energy tea's & holy shirt balls they're fantastic! Shakes are 200 calories, 10g sugar & 24g protien (give-or-take a few cals/grams depending on added extras, extras don't add cals or sugar I don't think tho).I recall hearing about Herbalife years ago & never got into it, but I'm a new addict! Starbucks will be missing my daily $7ish cuz this is my new spot! Note: no food here cuz the shakes ARE a meal (it's actually 2 meals for me, breakfast & lunch!) and the energy teas are better than any s-bucks drink (MINUS the sugars & ADD the healthy stuff!!). All staff is SO great, patient & they'll walk you thru the order process & answer all questions!Staff & owners here really go the extra mile & shakes are seriously delicious. Fantastic healthy meal replacement or energy-teas.If you're a small-meal person like me, I recommend splitting a shake to halve the cost. Happiest people greeting you when you walk in & the absolute best shakes & teas for natural boost of energy. I couldn’t go a day without my teas!

Vegetarian options: Most ingredients are vegetarian but the shakes & teas have a check off list that includes checking off the vegetarian options and then watch them make it in front of you.

Kid-friendliness: It’s perfect for running in or stopping in to drink your shakes. They come with kid friendly sizes and they include half of what is in an adult size shake and teas. You can also check off on the sheet for anything specific to add or leave out depending the child’s dietary need. It’s also a great space so kids can move around or sit on couches.

Dietary restrictions: The shakes are made after you order and fill out the slip of anything you would like to add, replace with another ingredient or for the ingredients to be completely left off.

These shakes give me so much energy and I don't get hungry for hours and hours after having one! Plus they're delicious

My family and I started a new family tradition at breakthrough nutrition, it was a great time. We all got shakes or a tea and just sat there and talked. We got to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. My one daughter lives in Charlotte so we don't get much time together. We had such a great time, it felt like it was we all got a chance to reset for a long week ahead. We will be meeting up there again. Thanks for the good time.
