I had a fried calzone tonight with Broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and xtra cheese. Never had a fried one before. All I can say is the ingredients taste so fresh! i wish the inside was hotter. I picked it up right as they took it out of the oven and made it home in 7 min. The food was in insulated bag. Probably have it baked next time. I was still very happy. I consider myself a pizza snob (Don't judge me). Brooklyn Pizza Co is by far some of the best pizza in Wilmington. Tower pizza used to have that title but unfortunately went out of business back around 2018. Brooklyn pizza has that REAL deal oogey gooey cheese that takes the pie next level. ?
