A mall restaurant. It was somewhat what I expected. High volume, overpriced decent quality dishes. Busy and loud. Service was slow but our server had a good vibe to her.
Dishes were good. There was no attempt to elevate them for the price. However we were there to socialize and enjoy the downpour.
I had the eggs Benedict…mid. The GF had the Strawberry cheesecake AND french toast. Sadly, the expectation was the cheesecake would be incorporated somehow with the french toast but it was just a serving portion of french toast AND a slice of cheesecake…dun dun dunnn.
We came, we tried, we left.
This place was awesome! Food & drinks were soo good. Hope to come back soon.
Our recent visit to Brunches in Mayfaire was one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting dining experiences we’ve ever had.
Things started off fine, but took a turn when we were suddenly informed of an unexpected upcharge that had never been mentioned — not on the menu, not by our server, and not posted anywhere. When we politely asked for clarification, Manager Rubin responded with outright hostility. Instead of explaining or resolving the situation, he told us to “just pay and basically never come back.”
We were shocked. When we calmly asked him to contact the owner for clarification, he refused, and continued to speak to us in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner — including being unnecessarily harsh to a young child at our table. The lack of professionalism alone was staggering.
Even more disturbing was the fact that Rubin’s tone and treatment of certain members of our group seemed discriminatory — his attitude clearly shifted based on race and gender, which was impossible to ignore. It was uncomfortable, offensive, and completely unacceptable.
This experience was not just poor customer service — it was demeaning and, at times, hostile. No one should be treated this way when simply asking for transparency about a charge.
We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a business where this kind of behavior is tolerated — let alone led by management.
We just had an incredible experience at Brunches this morning. We have 3 small boys so going out to eat can sometimes be like managing a circus. All of the lovely girls working there made a special effort to talk with my kids, hold the baby, and danced with them. They brought their food out first and made sure we had everything we needed. Our specific server was incredibly thoughtful and checked on us frequently. I can’t say enough good things. The food was incredible as always but they really went above and beyond today and allowed us to have a very positive dining experience with our kids. Highly recommend, will definitely be back again!

We placed an order to go, was quoted a 20 minute wait, and it became an hour and 20 minute wait. I understand being busy, but that’s unacceptable, and don’t lie to your customers. Also the food was horrible, will never go there again
Came to this location for the first time, although the point and Randall are usually our go to, service started well. We were seated at the only high top table on the patio, chairs were broken and extremely uncomfortable. Asked to be seated at a low top and they had a party already for that table. Drinks were good. Food came out and my oldest daughters crab cakes was filled with shell, my youngest daughters eggs came out not fully cooked. When I addressed the crab in the cakes I was told the manager would be out and that never happened, were said package for the crab says all crab is clean of shell and other particles they’d give her half off her meal. In my professional opinion unless your getting premade crab cakes and are making them fresh your chef/cook should still be diligently going through any and all shellfish ensuring that this does not happen. Very unprofessional for the manager to send the server out with a solution. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location!

The food was good, the atmosphere was great, and the service was top notch.
Went to brunches. Worst service ever. Server didnt show up for 20 minutes after we said something. Got my food and drinks, everything was wrong. Then they closed the kitchen so I never got to eat because the server messed up the food after taking forever to even take the order. We were there for 2 hours and I got to eat nothing. Never coming back and I hope you dont waste your precious time either.

My wife & daughter took me here for a Birthday Breakfast. Our food tasted wonderful & the portion sizes were generous. Best part though was our server, Alexis M. Lots of smiles, energy, & FANTASTIC service. She even surprised me with a birthday pancake & joyful Happy Birthday rendition. It was a great start to my day.
