Service and rules are stupid. You cannot be seated until all people in your party arrive. They cannot even allow someone to join you. What is that? There were many open tables so why would that matter. Also they charge you to share a plate. It's like a communist country in there. The manager has no customer service skills at all. Will NEVER go back. In case they didn't notice, there are many places to eat in wilmington.

We’ve eaten at Brunches before at a different location. Food, service and atmosphere always good. However our server yesterday, Paul, was exceptional! Paul was attentive, engaging, humorous and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him. Thanks Paul for giving us some laughs on a dreary rainy day.

The food and the atmosphere were very good. The issue I take up with is the server. Behind the bar seemed to want to rush everybody out at the bar before I could finish my meal. The check was already on the counter in front of me Thinking that I might want to stay to have a few alcohol cocktails, so that's a little disturbing that you're being pushed out when. There's only 3 or 4 people at the bar area and it wasn't busy at all. So I might have to reconsider about going to these facilities and maybe pick another breakfast place where it wouldn't be rushed out.

I wasn't impressed with the food. For what it's worth I could make what I had at home with more flavor. The avocado toast was served on a croissant that wasnt cut open and my eggs were cold when served. The power bowl with chicken had grisel on it which turned my stomach as I was eating it...just disappointed because this place came highly recommended. They also charge a fee to process your debit or credit payment. And a glass of basic orange juice was $5. I wouldn't go back.
