Very disappointed with Bruster’s today! We ordered three cones of different flavors, started to drive away and turned back because our ice cream was extremely soft and dripping all over our clothing and car. I questioned the boy at the window and he gave excuses and lied. He did not offer to replace our ice cream and back talked me! I am no longer a patron of Bruster’s, especially since Kilwins is open at The Pont

I’d go somewhere else next time. The teenage staff here was sitting on the tables where the toppings and the ice cream machines are with their shoes on the table, staring at their phones. The man taking orders behind the counter was not very friendly… although he was the only one doing his job. For so many reasons i will not return.

The teenage staff here needs a lesson in cleaniness and cross contamination. It is terrible that, yes its not required by law, they do not wear gloves. I saw them handle money, take out trash, etc without ever washing their hands. I even asked them if they did after trash and of course he said yes, even though I watched him come in and go straight to getting ice cream. Could not even order after this. A bunch of teenagers with no supervision. There are other ice cream shops that I will go to from now on.

I love Brusters, normally we get perfect service and great servings. Tonight I ordered a fudge Sunday, it was more whipped cream than ice cream. This was a first. Wilmington nc still have great service and very thankful for that.

Had a scoop of toffee ,it was delicious nice big chunks! Texture was great smooth and not to hard.
I love this place but every time i come here they’ve raised the prices. I think the price of a milkshake has gone up almost two dollars in the past year. It’s just not worth it anymore.

As my mom said, "Brusters is Busted". The icecream was not that good, I had the cookie dough and scoops were big but bigger is not better. Not enough flavor, my mom had the cookies and creme, it tasted like barely there vanilla icecream with pieces of oreo. Just not the best. Dollar tree has better quality than this. Great customer service though.
