We decided to stop for a treat on our way back from the beach. The walk-up windows were closed, so we placed our order in drive-thru. We received fast, friendly service. Everything was made to order. My husband really enjoyed his chocolate malt... he said it's one of best he's had in recent memory. Not sure this is typical, but there were cars coming from a neighboring parking lot cutting into drive thru. It appears to slow down service for the cars already waiting in line.

I appreciate the ladies working tonight, but what's the point of closing the walk up windows if you are going to let people walk up to the drive through window? Somebody needs to reevaluate the management at this store. Their decision making is flawed and it's costing the store money.

The ice cream was the perfect consistency, not too hard and not too soft. Perfectly sweet and creamy! The waffle cone was fresh and crunchy with a bit of pliability. Would highly recommend this well run ice cream shop. Tables are available around back and keep an eye out for coupons!

Just went to this establishment 10 min ago. Ordered a regular size oreo milkshake. There was milk but they forgot the shake. When I took it back and told them it was watery the response was, and I kid you not, "the oreos in the shake make it thinner". Brusters must have found a work around to the laws of conservation of mass and energy.I was not offered to have the shake remade or even a refund. I had to insist the cost of the shake, which was given back to them, be returned to me as I was not going to be eating from their menu.Check your milkshakes before you leave.Furthermore when you check out and pay with credit card they make you select a tip option or no tip for the employees before they even do their job. I think this is setting one up for terrible service and or terrible food preparation if you don't leave a tip for a person who is making a solid hourly wage. Pay with cash if you can.
I thought this place was great! A good flavor selection, great waffle cones, and generous helping of rich tasty ice cream. I had Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk and it was wonderful.Service was fast and efficient. Not much Ambiance. More typical of roadside ice cream shops in the past, but plenty of places to sit down in the shade.

We stopped in 20 min before closing there was still people ordering outside so we went through the drive thru. The blonde girl with the washed out blue color in her hair RUDE AS ANYTHING! She took my order and was rushing me but she already seemed irritated from the start. When we pulled up she gave my husband the ugliest look and she asked if we wanted a receipt my husband said no and she didn’t hear him so she asked again in the nastiest way “do you need a receipt and once again that nasty look at this point I was irritated with her rude and nasty service so I replied back with “I said no” she shuts the window walks off saying stuff and the whole crew stares over to our car. It’s obvious she said something she sends a young man to give us our first cone and the rest is being done he comes back gives us another cone then she comes around and here she goes again she gives us the banana split but so rudely and that nasty look. The young man is making our last cone and it looks like he accidentally breaks the cone and that girl gives him another cone but she says something again because the whole crew stare’s over at our vehicle. We drove off and my husband took one bite of his cone and it was stale and cone tasted old he then said “ they probably put something in it since they were all looking over when she was saying something” We didn’t eat our cones we threw them away! This girl gave my family and I the nastiest service.

We are motorcyclists...thought we would take off and do an ice cream break with some friends...it was our first time there and our last. The ice cream was ok, but for the price, I expected more.

As my mom said, "Brusters is Busted". The icecream was not that good, I had the cookie dough and scoops were big but bigger is not better. Not enough flavor, my mom had the cookies and creme, it tasted like barely there vanilla icecream with pieces of oreo. Just not the best. Dollar tree has better quality than this. Great customer service though.
That was so good. Can't wait to go back.
